I think you need to contact PHOBS directly and ask them if you can use their product with WordPress e.g. do they have a WordPress plugin? Or something else which allows you to use their booking system with WordPress?

I just purchased this theme and I am really confused.
Firstly, I am not able to import any demo site. I am prompted to download the Demo plugin which is doing nothing. There is no booking page which means that I have to do everything from scratch. I am not able to do this. I just need the same layout as the Boutique Villa for example.
Secondly, there are no settings for the Translations or Currency. In general, I am stacked at the beginning. I need to do everything from scratch which I am not able to.
I need help ASAP.

Hi, Do I have to use Woo or does the theme support Stripe Gateway directly? Also does it offer calander synch and booking/cancelation auto emails ect? Can I look at your documentation and what’s the turnaround on support emails

2.) Also does it offer calander synch: Yes you can sync booking data via iCal with any service that supports it such as Booking.com, Airbnb, etc

5.) what’s the turnaround on support emails: I say up to “24 hours” Mon – Fri, but generally if you’re in the same or similar timezone to me ( GMT + 8 ) and it’s Mon – Fri I’ll usually respond instantly or within an hour or 2.

That’s a PHP warning, not an error and it will not cause any problems.
You should switch off WP debug mode and set warning reporting to off in your web hosting cPanel.

Hi Nick, I’m still running 3.0.3 for this theme. Soon I want to update. I did not renew my WPML because I’ve seen there is a translation option in your theme now. But I have a question about that. Is it possible to translate strings from other plugins? For example: I have a review plugin on my site, but it needed string translations to show the correct language. Greetings Henk

I added different seasons in order to set up different rates per season. I added around 15 different seasons and I have already set up different rates on 10 of them! But the wordpress can not save the rates on the other 5 season. Is there a limit for 10 seasons and how can I increase this limit?

There is no limit to anything, you can add as many seasons and rates as you want.
The first thing I would suggestion is make sure you’re running the latest version of the theme and booking plugin (both currently 4.2).

Thank you for your quick reply! I updated the theme to the last version 4.2 but the problem didn’t resolved. I can not save the rates on more than 10 seasons. Soho Hotel Booking blugin is also the version 4.2. Any other idea?

I have read that it is sent email with details of the booking (room, dates, etc) is sent to the customer and website admin when a new booking is placed and the theme sends it’s own custom booking email.
Can I change the language of these emails?

i want to clear some doubts regarding theme.
1. how can i list multiple hotels and the rooms in it?
2. i need availability search to work like.. a customer select date range and guests then the resulted hotels will show up then selecting the preferable hotel then select the room type in hotel then checkout and payment.
will I get this type of features using the theme?

1.) You can use the accommodation category feature to do this
2.) The way it works in Soho Hotel is that the customer will select their dates and guests, then if they select a specific hotel it will show accommodation from that hotel only, or if a hotel is not selected it will show accommodation from all hotels

You can certainly edit the code yourself to do whatever you want, but I wouldn’t be able to help you with this. And also I just want to make it clear that it would not be a simple change, I think to change the booking process to the way you describe would be a complex and difficult job that would take a lot of time, and you’d only be able to do it if you have a very good understanding of PHP and WordPress development.

Is there a way to create a bookingform that allows users to select accommodation type, and then the dates using a selector? (like Booking Form Single Accommodation Horizontal, but instead of fixed accommodation a selector to select the accommodation)
Apparently the standard booking form will not block any dates, eventhough dates afe completely booked

I have never really needed support with this theme as its usually so easy to navigate. We are refreshing the site and building from scratch using the same theme (same business), but we cannot import demo data. Is there a reason why?

2) do bookings made always have to be confirmed in the backend? they are not automatic right

Question about versions… We have version 3.2.2 now (started with version 1) and now I see that version 4.0 is available. I believe we had to rebuild for version 3.2.2 (from 1.0, in February 2021). When I go to Themes, and click on SOHO, there’s no way to UPDATE to 4.0. Does that mean that if I load version 4.0, then I have to do another rebuild?? Are the versions that different again. Help!
