Hello Support-Theme, unfortunately we still have some issues with PHP8, as wp_theme_eu mentioned in comment before.

Please check follow 2 dev-subdomains:
  1. https://dev.bagarbeit.de/ (PHP8.0)
  2. https://bag.wptheme.ch/ (PHP8.1)

Live-Domain is this one: http://bagarbeit.de/ (PHP 7.4).

We cannot understand, why GoodWish 3.5 doesnt work on dev.bagarbeit.de and why there are no troubles on this test-domain bag.wptheme.ch?

Thank you for reaching us!

The compatibility with block-based widgets (added in WordPress 5.8) was included in the latest theme update so you can use the theme on latest version of WordPress.

Theme is compatible with PHP 8.0, however, we haven’t tested theme with PHP 8.1 yet.

We are constantly working on updating all our themes. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however once it is updated this will be listed in the change log.

Unfortunately there are the problems with Edge CPT Plugin and PHP8.0 and WP 6+. My client will ping you about support channel in next days.

We’ve tested with twenty theme = no problems than. And if CPT is deactivated, than no problems again.

Please check if there is a blank space in the class-edgecoredashboard-theme-validation.php file located under /wp-content/plugins/edge-cpt/core-dashboard.

You can remove that blank space as explained in this article here.

You would have to deregister the theme on the live site to be able to register it & import the demo on the localhost. Later you can deregister the theme on the localhost and register it again on the live website. Hi There, –Topic: Can’t change post limit in Edge Blog List (WP Bakery)

Since a long time I am waiting that a bug fix will come for your Edge Blog List Element in WP Bakery. I Don’t know if the problem is wp bakery or your edge module. The problem it is not longer possible to limit the blog post output. E.g. I enter 6 and get 19 Blog teasers. As I can see there is a new WP Bakery version out “07.04.2022 – ver 6.9.0” and there is a fix as well called “Fix: Post grid works properly” In your latest Theme update is the latest vc wp bakery version “20.12.2021 – ver 6.8.0”. Can you tell me when you upload a Theme Update with the latest version of WP Bakery in hope that this will fix your Edge Blog List Problem? Thanks so much.

I have submitted a support ticket. I have received one response. Since I am in EST timezone and the author tech support is in CET. Is techsupport response just one email a day? Is there a way to chat/call to resolve theme installation issues sooner? I purchased a license and 1 year theme support.

The theme is at the latest version, however, I cannot update RevSlider (goes blank) or the Edge CPT without it breaking the website. I am a web professional so I’ve tried all of the standard things. I buy a lot of your themes and this is the first time I’ve run into one of your core plugins causing such continued issues. Please let me know how to fix this.

Hello. How do you change the color of the menu on a separate page, not the main page. I;m asking here because emailing your tech support takes too long. I have to finish this site up and I can’t wait five days for a reply and I can’t find any place that change the color of the menu for pages outside of the home page. It can’t possibly be that hard, but I can’t find where you change this.

If you wish to have different options on pages you will have to change the Page Options for every page, since those options will override the global settings. If you wish to change the Header, please check the Edge Header options for specific page, but for main menu colors you will have to use CSS code.

Our theme is fully compatible with GiveWP – Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform plugin. Please note that we haven’t tested any additional payments, you can take a look at the following article, but we can not guarantee compatibiility since we haven’t tested this.

I contacted this help center since yesterday, no word from you guys, I regret buying such expensive theme from you. I have been able to fix the problems by self. Now WPBakery Page Builder is asking for activate license. I doubt if I’ll ever near your themes again or recommend someone.

They update their theme but don’t update their tutorial. The Youtube tutorial is 2 YEARS OLD, but they’ve update their theme in Feb 2022. They did not update the online instructions. How do I know? Because both the YouTube instructions and the Online instructions ask me to look for EDGE OPTIONS, and they DON’T EXIST on the update. Seems like a simple thing, right? Nope. They want me to pay $49.00 just to find out updated instructions that should be provide when they update a damn theme.
