I just bought the theme, but I’m having a problem with creating new listings in two steps. First I have to select the Listing Type, save, (it reloads), and then fill in the details. Is there a way to set a default Listing Type? Since I only use 1. So that when I add a new Listing all the fields are visible by default.
The problem is because I have to import the Listings, but it doesn’t work with your two-step system. Without that, the theme doesn’t work for me. Thank you.
Another question, doesn’t it generate thumbnails of the Listings? Or I can’t find the option? It’s crazy to show a grid with the full sizes.

File download is in zip format only. For now we don’t have encryption option for files. Only downloads is in zip format. User can upload the normal files in listings.

On the surface it looks like the thme we want, but after reading the comments, not so sure. Are all the bigs fixed ? Is it still supported ? And we dont need plans, just downloads on individual items, can this theme handle that ?

What a waste of money, effort and time. I never had such experience ever with any other theme. It seems I have to start all over gain with new stable theme. Take a look around, everyone has the same kind of bugs and errors. If possible kindly give me previous version of the theme. It was way stable than this latest one.

Hi, I did check your demo but I have an question. I see the a lot of submission plans but I don’t want that I just want a simple price. I want a Action type purchase and the problem is on your demo the action type purchase is just like a service and not like a photo or video to sell because i dont see the Download button for that type of “purchase”. Example on the utillz.com/themes/heilz/my-account/downloads/ it says “No downloads available yet.”
So my question is Action type purchase with an premium download is available? Clients can download an premium video from a action type purchase? How is the download handle? It will go to the email? It will give a Link from the email to the website? Or it will appear on the dashboard if it will go to the dashboard it will go to the Downloads sections?
This was a Pre-sales question but I guess you don’t want a client.
Hi, Sorry for the delay You can remove the submission plans from the settings. The download files should be shown in the user system only not on the users dashboard. When user download the file then it will shown on the users system downloads and its zip file that user receives.

My question is where is the download? The user Pays X for that single item then what? It will appear an download button on the page? it will send a Url by email? I don’t get it. can you do an example?

When user click to download button that you have added in listing types->listing->action. Then zip file will automatically download to the user system. For paid download you have to use plans for it. After the latest update there is a grey box below every image on each listing. How do we remove that grey box or make it white I can’t seem to find it in the css anywhere.

Sir even after adding listing type in product section, There is no plan available in monetize section. Why sir?
I found it in action section. Moreover new update needs a lot of fix. Login section, Search button, gap in product image in mobile, no black logo in mobile white header.
