Hey Porto, The add to Wishlist feature in grid or list view in main catalog does not work. It didn’t work in V4.0.2 and still doesn’t in V4.0.4.
It will work from the homepage but know where else, i have tested the following.
1. Removed JS & CSS merged – On / Off 2. disabled and re-enabled feature
Surely this has to be a simple fix, is it odd that it doesn’t work in the main catalog pages

The documentation sucks so bad. Even to change a simple logo, I have to search so much. Why is it still not updated? Even the screenshots used are old. And for each simple thing, I have to raise a ticket and we are losing time on this.

Does this theme support Magento version 2.2.6 ? Also I want to purchase this theme . So my plan is to buy this theme and install it in my test website. After instating is my test website and everything is ok then I will install it in my live server website. Is it possible ? Or do I need to purchase it again for my live website ?

Yes, the theme works with Magento 2.2.6. With a single license, you can install the Porto theme on both a live and a test site. However, the test site should not be open to the public.

Hi, I’ve just updated to version 4.0.4 on my dev site and now i cant load any product pages as i get the error: Exception #0 (Exception): Warning: Undefined array key “tab_full_background” in /home/myuser/dev.mydomain.com/app/design/frontend/Smartwave/porto/Magento_Catalog/templates/product/view/details.phtml on line 25 I have version 4.0.3 on my live site and this file doesnt seem to have changed since the last version so what is causing this issue? I am running magento 2.4.5-p1. I have not changed any of the default porto settings as this is a fresh install of the theme. The setting “Product Tabs Background Full Width” is set to “no” and changing to “yes” has no effect.

I didnt upgrade. As mentioned it was a fresh install of the theme. It has now fixed itself, possibly by me changing some of the settings (which were unrelated to the product tabs)

I’m on Magento ver. 2.4.2, editing/saving Content > pages > homepage, it render the layout formatting and removed all design. Is it not supported on magento 2.4.2?

But this is not related to the theme, WYSIWYG editor is Magento’s default feature. You should turn it off when you want to edit the HTML.

Trying to get support but can’t. Can’t use support system and not responding to emails. Issue: support account was registered by a developer who’s left the project. Trying to change the support profile to a new address and it fails when verying email and setting up a new password (403 – forbidden). Hence can’t raise tickets and now stuck waiting for email verification. Can’t reregister as purchase code has already been used. Stuck!!
Hence renewed support and raising here as maybe here I’ll get a response?

Password Reset Bug. For reference Porto Version 4.0.3 does not fix the password reset link error in Magento 2.4.4. As previously mentioned, swapping your files with the default Magento .phtml files fixes the problem.

1) Is it compatible with all product views (Simple and grouped)?
2) Can we make modifications to the theme by us, or can you make the modifications yourself?

Regular license is sufficient in most cases if you are creating a single store for you or for your client.
Each regular licence entitles you to use the theme on a single store. For multiple stores/domains/subdomains you would need multiple licences.
With a single regular licence you can also install the theme on your test server (for testing purposes), but that version shouldn’t be available to the public.
