Hi there, I’ve bought until now 5 licenses for your theme. In one website, I’m trying to update the theme and I get the error Update fialed: Purchase code verification failed. Activate Gem So when I’m trying to Activate it says it’s activated. I deactivated from https://license-manager.codex-themes.com/ in order to activated it again, but I can’t, it says that’s activated. I would have no issue to pay in order to renew the support, but I can’t see how this is a reason for support since it should be working with no issues.

Well, on the right side here there are information like: last updated, published, Gutenberg optimized, etc. And there is “compatible with” and “Software version” too. But Worpress 6.1.x as well as WooCommerce 7.x.x aren’t listed there.

Ah, ok, I see ) This is due to the fact, that Envato doesn’t offer such options to choose for the theme description – the “Software Version” and “Compatible with” list of options has not been updated yet, but we suppose it will be updated asap by Envato team. We confirm again, that TheGem is 100% compatible with the latest versions of WordPress and WooCommerce.
Ah, good to know. As I wasn’t able to find the info elswhere I waited with the update and always looked at the info bar to get updated. Maybe writing it into your item details would be nice

Hi, after many many emails im trying it here aswell, im not sure why you cant answer but I have a bug that i never had before. My live site is showing two logos in the header (just desktop mode). On mobile it shows only one logo. And on desktop it shows the desktop and the mobile logo underneath, i never had this bug with any other theme can you please help me fix it? I dont want to pay 40 dollars for just a small fix that isnt even my fault… waiting for your response

So I did further tests, the web search option only shows if built in header is used. I had to access the header via elementor template to change what I needed to change. It’ll probably be helpful for other users to know this in your documentation. Cheers.
