I purchase this theme last year and I’m currently experiencing a ‘fatal error’ after updating elementor to the newest version 3.27.2. I updated my theme and deleted the old witalk core plugin and reinstalled it. After doing all this, I’m still experiencing the ‘fatal error’. I’m frustrated because I’ve never needed support and didn’t use my support until now.
However, I can’t support a ticket either due to my support expiring. Need help!!!

Following the message “Fatal error whenever Elementor is 3.24.x” and reading here, I understood that you need to update the theme to the latest version, but how do you do that?
On WP this option is not there (themes section). I installed the Envato plugin and inserted the token, despite being told that the theme is up to date, the problem remains.
I find it absurd to have to pay for support renewal because the theme does not update, so I kindly ask for guidance and help here, it seems more than rational considering the theme is paid for. Thank you
You can download the latest theme version in the download section of themeforest, then unzip the downloaded package and update this theme version for the website.
In addition, you also need to update the witalk-core plugin by deleting the current plugin and installing it by the notification that displays the plugin installation request
Updating like this is absurd and complex, without even proper documentation, a lot of time is wasted. I managed to update Elementor, but now the site is full of warnings, all errors generated by WP and related to these updates. I had to disable them in an emergency by modifying the wp-config.
The theme is full of bugs; you should withdraw it.
DO NOT purchase it if you want to sleep peacefully.
This is a conflict error due to Elementor update, we do not expect this and have released an update compatible with the ELEMENTOR update. To resolve the conflict issues, you must update both the theme and the core plugins that come with it.

Hello, I have some pre-purchase questions:
- when loading the home page there is an animation with four squares: is it possible to customize it using another geometric shape (such as a triangle)?
- I read that you can change the color of the animated particles in the background and that you can remove those lines: can you confirm that you can do it? Do you do it via CSS or other code to insert?
- in “schedule” a description of the event is missing; you can read it by clicking on the “plus” and opening the related pop-up: is it possible to insert it directly in the event line thus avoiding the “plus” and the pop-up?
