I purchased the theme a few hours ago, Zip can’t be installed on a fresh Wordpress site, I tried Downloading the theme and then Clicking the go pro option to enter my license key but all these pages lead to a 404 error page, 5 hours after reaching out on their support website no response. Support system doesn’t work and I can’t see my licenses in my account to edit them. If this is how the support system works then I’m afraid the main theme is probably buggy too. Looking at the posts by other people this appears to be true – I’d like a refund

I’ve problem with that the mobile drop down menu only works when i click on the submenu indicator. I need a solution where the dropdown works if i just click on the text on mobile. How to fix that??

I recently Purchased to Pro version but after the payment and confirmation on email I can’t see any items in my download tab and no license has been given. I only have a purchase confirmation in my email and nothing else. please i badly need to start ASAP.

So here is the our problem.

We have problem with importing demo content. The server settings value is more then theme requirements. Problem is that demo importer start to importing, but then stop and its just keep importing but nothing happens. Sometimes even on the first step (installing plugins for template demo import just keep loading and then stops.

What we should do? WordPress is clean empty install.

PhloxPro have issues.

I tryed to do a megamenu using plugin elements kit but after all megamenu not appears on my website, when I active other theme megamenu works well but not with phloxpro, I think that your menu options have conflict with this. Please, tell me how I can solve this issue.
