Support system doesn’t work and I can’t see my licenses in my account to edit them. If this is how the support system works then I’m afraid the main theme is probably buggy too. Looking at the posts by other people this appears to be true – I’d like a refund

We have problem with importing demo content. The server settings value is more then theme requirements. Problem is that demo importer start to importing, but then stop and its just keep importing but nothing happens. Sometimes even on the first step (installing plugins for template demo import just keep loading and then stops.
What we should do? WordPress is clean empty install.

PhloxPro have issues.
I tryed to do a megamenu using plugin elements kit but after all megamenu not appears on my website, when I active other theme megamenu works well but not with phloxpro, I think that your menu options have conflict with this. Please, tell me how I can solve this issue.

I found the issue, is about multilanguage, it’s important to dissable this from general menus
