We have problem with importing demo content. The server settings value is more then theme requirements. Problem is that demo importer start to importing, but then stop and its just keep importing but nothing happens. Sometimes even on the first step (installing plugins for template demo import just keep loading and then stops.
What we should do? WordPress is clean empty install.

PhloxPro have issues.
I tryed to do a megamenu using plugin elements kit but after all megamenu not appears on my website, when I active other theme megamenu works well but not with phloxpro, I think that your menu options have conflict with this. Please, tell me how I can solve this issue.

I found the issue, is about multilanguage, it’s important to dissable this from general menus
I’ve purchased theme and while installing plugin it’s giving error something went wrong with the plugin api. When I try to create ticked to support it’s giving error The purchase key is registered for another customer. Whereas I just purchased theme and downloaded licence first time.

Hi Admin, The templates really beautiful but too slow loading. I have to optimaze performance in docs but still slow. Website super fast when i deactive Phlox Core Elements. How i can make it faster. Loading in website about 7-10s.

This theme has the worst support ever. They never reply with a solution first time. They always find some excuse to ask something else and of course you have to wait 2 more days. They don’t read correctly the ticket and always answer back with something else. If they have to make add some CSS they don’t provide it. They Just log into the site and make the fixes and you will never know what they did. So, if you have to reinstall WP and your theme all will be gone and you have to start all over again waiting 2 to 3 days for any reply. Also, Their demos work fine in desktop but try them in moble they have a lot of bugs (You won’t see them in Phlox demos page) but install them and you will see the results: noting is the same or fits. I’m stuck for 20 days with simple things the demo was a really simple blog. I had to just start all over and switch theme to The7 which I shouldn’t have changed. Really Phlox support is a joke and an insult to the customers they bought the theme. I already build a site with Phlox (toke me 1 month for 3 simple pages) because nothing works properly and made a huge mistake to try to complete the site with a blog. It a huge mess and disappointment.
