Hi. Your theme has a conflict with WooCommerce update cart button. When I try to change the quantity in the cart and click update, nothing changes. I have to remove the product, then add multiple prior to clicking add to cart. Please advise!

Since the latest update I receive the message “Your copy of the theme has not been activated”. Why is this. I use the theme since long, but did not have this problem before.

Please check if you have updated the latest version of the theme and its plugins. If you need instructions on how to update the theme and included plugins, you can refer to the following article: How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins.

This error usually occurs if you missed updating the Core plugin.

it is updated and I can see 29..2 in the options. at the dashboard there is the message You have sucessfully registered your copy….. – but in general options or in WP dashboard I see the note: Your copy of the theme has not been activated.

Have you updated the Bridge Core plugin to 3.0.5 Please check that.

Do you wish to use it with Contact form 7? If this is the case it should work well, so what you can try is to regenrate the API for your recaptcha.

Also check if you have the latest version of the theme and its plugins.

Hello, I have looked at your demo pages on your website. I am wondering if there is an option in your theme to have the product gallery images zoom in when they open in the lightbox of the image is always fixed as it is on the bridge shop pages example. When I try to zoom your product gallery image on mobile it zooms in the browser, not the picture in the lightbox and the picture moves away. Thank you

We do have this option within our Qode Options -> WooCommerce> Enable Default WooCommerce Product Gallery Features https://i.imgur.com/YYynYFN.png

That you can try, because within our theme options we do not have any option to enable the zoom on lightbox as it is on the product single.

I have bought many of your templates in the past years. But I don’t know how to manage following.

On mobile I’d like to have a bigger title background picture. Or at least the possibility to change the height of my background canvas.

Example given: https://uniekewellness.be/aquarein/ this page has a great height on desktop for the background title picture but on mobile this is too small. Where to edit?

Have you tried to navigate to that page and check if the options for logo are set on that particular page instead within the Global Options?

If this is the case the Page settings will overwrite the Global options.
