Your theme was working fine with the old PHP 7.4 at the hosting company. However just now the hosting company upgraded the PHP to version PHP 8.123 and now your Shortcodes Pluigin no longer works and the website is down with this error -
Fatal error: Array and string offset access syntax with curly braces is no longer supported in /ebs2/vhosts/birchwoodmeadow.ca/birchwoodmeadow.ca/wp-content/plugins/dima_shortcodes/include/phpquery/phpquery.php on line 2399
The website is https://birchwoodmeadow.ca. Clearly your plugin is incompatible with this version of PHP. Can you tell me what version of PHP your plugin is compatible with?
Hi leafboy, We apologize for the inconvenience. We’ve removed phpquery.php in our latest update for better PHP 8 compatibility. Please make sure you’ve updated both your theme and the Shortcodes Plugin. All our demos run smoothly on PHP 8.

Hi ijaz429, Sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues. we do update these plugins with our theme updates. The latest version of Slider Revolution (6.6.16), updated on August 29, 2023, is included in our recent theme update.
If your support has expired and you’re unable to submit a ticket, you can still manually update the plugin by updating the theme. Our team is also in the process of checking and updating all premium plugins.

We did update the theme and the plugin update is not current. Our client’s website is now with error and I urgently need a response on when this plugin will be updated – thank you in advance for your timely attention to this matter.

Hello. I have a pre-purchase questions. I am going to use Elementor for everything (forms, etc) just for an easy information site. I want keep the installs from the demo stuff to a minimum. I have some sites using 7-8 plugins at the most, all of them load in under a second. I don’t have time for the Hello Elementor theme. Will I have the option to load what I want in terms of resources and templates. Hope that makes sense. Thanks.

Hi, I am trying to attach a slider on my websites homepage but it always displays the message “OOPS. Slider not found”. The sliders previous version was 6.5.31. I updated it to 6.6.3 whereas the current available version is 6.6.7. The plugin is not updating to the available version and I’m still getting the same message that slider not found. Its a custom slider for my website’s homepage. The correct slider has been selected for display too. Is this some issue of compatibility between the slider and the theme as I have never faced this issue before.
