Hi, how can I remove the scroll effect on the website? I mean, I would like the navigation to be “normal”, but now if you scroll it makes an effect as if it went down very fast and I can’t find the option to disable it. Thanks.

Great theme. Unfortunately, it started to show it’s age.
1. Full screen video from youtube is not supported on iOS after requesting desktop version
2. Vertical video has several issues if self-hosted. It’s impossible to center-align on portfolio pages without overrides and has grey bars left-right on the video-popup.
3. Background youtube video works on desktop version, but is not playing on mobile (unless you request a desktop version of the site from your mobile browser).
4. Support package costs almost as much as buying it new, though the couple of times I used their support, they were phenomenal.
Overall great, but needs a proper update to come into 2023.

Why when i updated from version 2.4.3 to 3.5.7 cant see the product options on the bottom of each product, simply dissapears. I updated all the plugins to an woocommerce, when i back to old version it shows normally. Thanks in advance for your supprt.

I noticed that when I select the ‘Link Mode’ option of ‘Hidden,’ it only works for the main menu on desktop. When main menu also doubles as the responsive menu, the “hidden” menu items are displayed when they should not.
Is it possible to to fix this in a future update?
As it is now, this feature to hide menu items is not as useful as it seems.

I am afraid there is nothing to be changed here as if we enable the Hidden option in the responsive menu, users will have issues with the slide responsive menu type. Besides that, users can create a separate responsive menu with the structure they prefer.

If the Hidden menu option only works for desktop, then what purpose does it actually serve? It would be easier to just remove the menu item from the menu entirely, rather than build another separate responsive menu and maintain two menus.
I guess I am not understanding how a hidden menu item would cause issues with the responsive menu.

That’s correct; the hidden menu option is designed only for the desktop menu and mainly for the columns of the mega menu. The slide and toggle responsive menus require the parent menu item to be visible to work as they should.
I don’t know your needs, but as I wrote before, you can achieve any structure since you can have a separate responsive menu.

Once again, the theme is not compatible with The Events Calendar. All pages titles now say “Events for November 2022” when the calendar plugin is active. Also WP Bakery no longer works if active when adding events. It will only allow Gutenberg. Any plans for an update?

Please check that you have run the migration process https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/migrating/ without any of the errors they mention there.

Is there a way to auto-trigger opening a sliding area (https://docs.greatives.eu/tutorials/sliding-area-feature-in-movedo) based on time? For example, in 5 secs after opening any site page (or just homepage)
Similar to what marketing popup plugins offer (so we ll not have to use such a plugin)
Maybe, a simple javascript could do the trick, can u advice plz?

Was going to purchase another license but the current version is no longer compatible with The Events Calendar v 6.0. Please reply when your theme is updated to work correctly.

Hello, recently I have seen a notice in my Wordpress regarding the use of Google Fonts for the Data Protection Regulations in Europe (GDPR). It is a warning about posible fines if Google Fonts are used without consent. May this be a concern using this theme? Should we do any action?
