Could you do something about the mobile submenu? It’s really difficult to click on it to see item’s submenu on a mobile. The small arrow doesn’t work very well. Is it possible to see the item’s submenu when clicking on the item menu link? Thanks

Try it in this order: 1. Update to the last version of the Leadership theme. 2. Deactivate LearnPress then activate. 3. Go to learnpress->settings->permalinks and just resave changes. After that go to Settings->Permalinks and do the same just click on save button.

Hi, thanks for the info. I resaved in both permalink menus. After settings>permalinks resave, the message popped up it saved and “You should update your .htaccess file now.” my website Elementor still does NOT work, how can I fix this?
You need to deactivate LearnPress then activate and save the links.
Before do resaving try to deactivate LearnPress then activate – it should help.

Hello. In the last theme update we updated woocommerce files to the last version. Woocommerce is a third-party soft with its own updates timeline. They potentially may update it every day with small improvements. You can ignore it and update your theme with our new periodical theme updates.

On the CHECKOUT page for WooCommerce, the word “OR” randomly appears just above the word CHECKOUT. This only happens on Explorer, not Chrome. I’ve reached out to WooCommerce and they’ve indicated this is an issue with the theme. Please provide an update.

The images advertising the product indicate that there are two footer styles for the user to pick from. I am using the “Feminine” theme and only see one style available. Your documentation says: “3.5 Footer Go to the Customize > Theme Options > Footer. In this section, you can customize the general footer settings.”

@HighSea, additionally, the Widget (the one used for the sidebar on the Blog) is not functioning correctly.
1) The photo does not update (even though I have updated the profile on Gravatar) 2) The social icon, specifically the one for Facebook, does not update the link, even though I have updated it under the Customization options. The other two icons link appropriately, but the Facebook does not.

The theme obviously needs the “Advanced Custom Fields PRO” plugin – now WordPress is reporting that the plugin (version 5.12.2) needs an update to 6.0.6, however an automated update is not possible for this plugin.
And without a paid license key, you cannot update the plugin.
Now how do I get updates to this plugin without having to pay for it annually?
It can’t be that I buy a theme, where I then have additional costs for updates of required plugins…

I have been working on my website, with various customizations, using this theme for the past several months. This week, I noticed some things are not working properly. What I have installed the version which I purchased, as I do not see “Automatic Updates” for this theme to be available on Word Press—are automatic updates available?
The features that are not working: 1) On the Program/Courses Overview page, the type of course (for example, online, in-person) is not showing correctly on the right top of the course. The first featured course has the correct options, then the second feature course only shows one of the two boxes checked, and the third featured course shows none. 2) When I go into an individual Program/Course, there are two purple rectangles/blocks of color that aren’t supposed to be there.
I am attaching two photos so you can see these two issues.
3) Lastly, but very important!, is that the website is not accurately reflecting the formatting for my courses. For example, spacing, bold, etc. This makes my courses look awful. The LearnPress text editor shows them all, and they are coded correctly in the Text Editor as well. However, on the site itself, this is not the case.
Please reply ASAP – I am trying to get this site published today. I am hesitant to manually install an update for this theme and lose all my customization, and I do not code so I cannot create a child theme. My hope is you have auto updates that I am not seeing for some reason.

Note – I have gone into the Downloads section, to Updates, and downloaded what I presumed to be the updated theme. However, Wordpress indicates this is still version 1.1.22. I purchased my theme in Nov/Dec 2021, and I know it has been updated since then! I also receive emails to download the updates, and I followed the instructions on that email. How do I get the ACTUAL file with the theme updates?
This was a very expensive theme, and I am not willing to pay an additional $50 for the updates that should be included, and basic functionality that was expected. Please help! Thanks.

LearnPress is a third party soft with own timing of updates, please use previous version of LP which is compatible with a Theme. Also we recommend to make backups before such updates. After theme update to last version of LP we will add such info to our backlog (at the bottom of the https://themeforest.net/item/leadership-coach-wordpress-theme/30899384) for for more convenience.

How does something as simple as adding a YouTube video to the events pages make the page not mobile responsive? It is because we had to remove the YouTube video and the image slider below the video for the “Events” page to be mobile responsive. Now that we just added it back to the “Events” page that page is no longer mobile responsive again. Please help us fix this as a lot of our traffic comes from people on mobile devices. 1. The main problem with mobile view is with image slider https://screenrec.com/share/qD8wUycQx5 If I remove it from the page. Page looks good on mobile. I can’t fix it via theme’s css. So simple solution is to change image slider. You need to find responsive slider.
