Rental items are simple Woocommerce products. Woocommerce products include a single page, but they can be observed from the Woocommerce > Products section by default. Note that single Rental Products are not simple WordPress pages in general

1) How to make a private user a Dealer? I have seen the demo and I have logged in as a private user but I do not see any option or button to become a dealer from there or request to be a dealer, how can a private user change to Dealer from his control panel? When any user registers on the site, he will be as a private seller. All in all, there are three user types in Classified demo layouts; a) admins b) simple users (private sellers), and c) dealers. In the theme options, admins can set settings and limits for simple users and dealers. Simple users can send request to become a dealer or by purchasing plans. Unzip the motors.zip archive you downloaded from ThemeForest.
Connect to your WordPress site via FTP/Cpanel and navigate to the following directory: ”.../wp-content/themes/”.
Now that you have unzipped the motors folder in Step 2 and found the themes directory in Step 3, upload the motors folder into the themes directory. (You need to accept the replacement).
Then navigate to the following directory: ”.../wp-content/plugins/” and remove the folders called ‘stm-post-type’ and ‘stm-motors-extends’.
Connect to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins.
Select the STM Post Type and STM Motors Extends plugins and click Install via Bulk Actions.
Get Fatal Error after the STM Post Type update to v4.5.6?
Login to your ThemeForest profile and download the Motors package (All files & documentation).
Unzip the motors package and navigate to the Bundled Plugins folder.
In the Bundled Plugins folder, find the STM Motors Extends plugin zip archive.
Unzipping the plugin zip archive.

2. Yes, when you will install the theme and import the demo layout, it will automatically install and activate all the needed plugins according to the installed demo layout
3. The theme is SEO friendly by default. However, suggesting and SEO changes could not be done from our end. Mostly, SEO optimizations you can do with the help of plugins like Yoast SEO
4. There are no Listings in the Rental demos by default. Rental Items are Simple Products of Woocommerce integrated with the Rental platform. You can observe all the Rental items from the Reservation page
5. Yes, for changing and translating static strings you can use the Loco translate plugin. The theme is ready for translations by default
