I absolutely love this theme and im very happy with it, im just struggling with one issue in the Itinerary widget, I can’t find a way to write a description about the specific day then have a line break and write below whats included and excluded
Is there a way to format the text to have a line break inside the itinerary day by day breakdown
Example like this “Day 1 Today you’re going to visit….
Included: Transport Excluded: lunch”

Hi, I have a pre-sales question. Is it possible to set a total max number of guests per tour? Is it possible to add extra services? We can have services with price per person (ex happy hour) and services with price per tour (ex pickup service). Last question about payments: payments with credit card and paypal are already included with the theme or do I need to buy addons? Thank you!
Hi, yes you can set a max number of guests per tour – each tour slot can be the same or different. You can add extra optional services as well, and those can be a flat fee or priced per person or group.
Payments via credit card, PayPal, Stripe, etc – that is included as well without additional purchase
it would be helpful if you have also another layout with the details without need to make hover with mouse in tour image to see more info.
Can i have a layout like ” See more tours” there is the iahe and below the image the title and a description?

There are also a number of features of that widget that we are not currently displaying on the demo. For instance you can choose to have the tour info show without needing to hover.

2. Yes, you can set up the pricing however you like. You can choose a price for 1,2 people and have it be different than for 5+ etc.

I have just purchased this theme and i am coming across some problems. I have a tour bus company. We operate around 5 tours and these all leave on different days of the month.
Example: Melbourne to Perth (leaves on the 15th of every month) Sydney to Gold Coast (leaves on the 25th of every month).
How is this possible with your theme/booked plugin if we can’t seem to set the dates for each tour, it seems the Booked plugin just allows you to set dates for all tours in general but you cannot set the dates that a tour on it’s own would be using.
Is it possible to set a specific date for one tour and a different specific date for another tour?
it seems to me like the Booked plugin/calendar is just global and not specific for each tour/trip

Could be due to their strict treatment of XSS policy, but it’s not my area of expertise! Could be only on my end due to security plugins, but haven’t had this issue with other themes so I thought I would mention it

Oh, the update will not change anything with the child theme. When you say that, what are you referring to? Is there an error message?
Initally I think it said that the Child theme didnt exist. I changed the case of the “E” as in Embark, and logged in and out and the Child theme appeared as a theme.

If you want to set up a custom header (and/or footer), there is a free plugin that we have support for in Embark which is outlined here: https://themovation.helpscoutdocs.com/article/295-adding-a-custom-header-and-footer-in-elementor
One note on that plugin is that it doesn’t support the transparent / overlap header style. Otherwise it’s a great option to replace the main header with a lot more flexibility.

I don’t know how to do the following in the theme:
I have 3 ATVs for MAX 6 Persons and 1 CrossBike for MAX 1 Person that can be booked from 1 to 6 hours.
How should I create the products to have these fields (now every fields is a variable product):
ATV / PERS: 1-6
MOTO / PERS: 0-1
HOURS: 1-6
and in the checkout/cart to be : (ATV+MOTO) x HOURS
Now in the checkout/cart is the sum of the 3 fields: ATV+MOTO+HOURS
Is there a solution for this or some free plugin to make this calculation?

Installed last update of BOOKED (2.4) and:
The Font Awesome plugin caught a fatal error.
When trying to load Font Awesome, the plugin’s configuration was invalid. Try deactivating, uninstalling, and re-activating the Font Awesome plugin.

Yes this is related specifically to Booked. To troubleshoot the issue, try deactivating and re-activating the Booked plugin.

Generally speaking none of that information is displayed. The way it’s intended to be set up is you create your tours and then make use of the Tour Grid widget to display them, where it links to each individual tour.

Regarding the booking system, is it your own booking application or are you using an external application integration with the theme?
I can see I can book tickets by time and date, they are for “TOURS”. I don’t want to organize several tours a day, but trips to specific destinations where there is no time/date selection, just a price. Can it do that? What I saw is not good for trips. Is there a way to create fixed prices for a trip depending on the number of people and have several dates for each trip?
All the examples I see on your theme have calendars, hour selection, etc. I can’t see templates for classic trips. I can even see a table with different prices as if it was a membership.
Is there a video or an URL where I can see all the options for the booking application? is it called Booked? I read it’s Booked https://getbooked.io/ It’s for appointments, not trips.
Like choosing the price for a number of people, etc. I can’t see page templates that could be used to build similar pages, the ones available are not prepared for travelling, just tours.

We have modified some of the language so that it makes bookings and tours instead of appointments, etc. You can change the text as well if you want.
The demo includes a variety of layouts. Also the page builder is extremely flexible, so all kinds of layouts can easily be created if you want to customize a page in the demo.
Do you have an example of the type of page you are referring to?

That’s my biggest doubt. You’ve made some modifications to the plugin, but which ones? How can I see what it looks like for a trip and not a tour or an appointment? Because I could say, I will install the plugin and see how it works, but it’s a customized plugin you’ve modified so I can’t see that either.

Sorry if I didn’t explain myself correctly. I meant to see samples for the pricing model of trips. The booking application was originally created for appointments and trips are not appointments. The video itself speaks about appointments. I can’t see pricing examples for trips, we don’t select the time for a trip (only a date), can extra variables be added to price (single bed occupancy, etc)?.
What I am missing are the options for the trips and what the booking application does.

Isn’t there a template for trips? They are all about tours with different price selections for the time of the day and calendar. Long trips like 7-14 days do not have different prices for hours. I am unsure about buying the template because I can’t see any templates for trips, I can’t see pricing for a trip the way it’s done, and I don’t know the reservation plugin features added for trips.
I looked everywhere at https://demo.themovation.com/embark/walking-tours/tours/ and the other templates available, and I can’t see trips or a simple way of showing the price for a long trip (not a tour). It would help a lot to see that since there are no templates for trips day by day, included, excluded, simple price, etc. Or are they there, and I don’t know where they are.
Isn’t there a way to see how the booking process for a trip works or the features available?

The theme is not really intended for travel agencies.
Embark’s booking system is mainly designed around same-day tours, however you can set it up for multi-day tours.

Also note that in the booking flow where it says “All day” you can change that text to anything you want. So you could say “Multi-day tour” or “3 day tour” there or something instead.

( erectiledysfuction.co ) I have checked other websites which made with this theme and I see the same result on every single one of them. Hi, sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue. I assure you that the theme is not the main issue with that site that you have linked. That looks like it’s a hosting / server related issue, though it could partly be extra plugins as well.
