I am having a problem with importing a Demo. Reading through the posts on here, looks like you guys have a bug with regards to this feature with your update. Any solution coming soon?

Hi!, I asked this pre-purchase question before but I don’t receive a clear answer: I need to create some private fileds for the properties so only the admins (or workers) can see the values of that field. For instance, the exact address of the property, or the phone number of the owner in properties for rent. Is this possible with your plugin or all the custom fields must be public?

Thank you for your question. By default, all custom fields created in Houzez are public and visible to all users. If you would like to make certain fields private and only visible to certain users (e.g. admins or workers), this would require custom development work. You would need to hire a WordPress developer to customize the code and ensure that the private fields are only visible to the desired users.

The email is sent twice per day to users who have never featured a listing. This happens to all listings that are still not expired. Anyone having the same issue and knows how to fix it? Hi, Can I add different property features depending on the type (for sale, for rent and house, apartment, garage, office)? For example: for a house – roof covering (e.g. oblique, straight) for a flat – no feature, for garage – no feature etc. And accordingly, various forms for adding real estate ads.
It is possible when you add property, you can just select features which related to that property.
Is the design suitable for displaying ads on car as well as on jobs?
Is it possible to show it at the same website? meaning:
Real estate + cars + jobs on one site?
Can each category have filters that will appear only to them?
If so, why don’t you show a demo for it?
It is not possible on one website but you can do on sub-domain like realestate.website.com, cars.website.com, jobs.website.com

Yes i already done that, . can we create “conditional logic” fields on front end submission. because while submitting property i have several kind of property types, e.g Plot, houses, etc. so if some one select plot from property type , it should hide the other field “number of bedrooms” etc. because in plot obviously there is no bedrooms or bathroom. and same goes for houses when some one select type “Houses” it should show the “number of bedrooms” and “number bathroom” fields
On the property listing page, is there a way to show properties images as a background of a div instead the usual tag? That way we do not need to worry about image proportions.
It is possible but you have to make this change in child theme.

No way to add new fields without changes in code. If you buy and send us list of fields you need, our team will add in update.

My goal is to create a real estate listing site with this template and get a signed pdf document from the user. However, real estate agents in Turkey need not only license and tax number, but also tax office information and a license field called TTB for the agency. I also need to add owner name-contact info. As you can see, it will not be a standard real estate site. So as the houzez team I need to find out for you if these can be added in the next update. If I write you 3-4 simple features that I want to add to you by mail, can you tell me which ones can be added to the next update? Be sure, they are very useful features, they will make a serious difference among your competitors.
a little clarification: I had an annoying experience with another template I bought from themeforest before. I had asked some questions before I bought the template, they told me they could help me after the purchase. They weren’t helpful for simple 1-2 features I wanted to add after purchase and I added the code myself. But every update had to manually rearrange the codes. So my money was wasted. (Since 1 USD = 18 TRY in Turkey, we have to make careful purchases, even small things seem very expensive to us.)

Why dont custom fields show when bul importing properties? Fields have been added to Fields buildier and only do not show when bulk importing
nevermind. for anyone else with this problem, you have to post a property with those fields in order for them to be active and used during bulk import.

Hi Can you please guide how can we delete some of the fields from front end property submission form which we don’t wanna use. As for as theme options is concerned, theme options- – - >add new property—-> property layout, drag and drop function is very limited. For example on front end form there are two fields “sale or rent price” and “old or second price” I want to place only “sale or rent price” button not the other one, but we have to keep both… How we can remove the other one,.. And i would really appreciate if you mention the php and css files which is used by “custom dashboard create listing” template, so I would try to edit and delete some fields and place the fields order according to my choice.
