I have purchased the Equipo theme. I found an issue with the theme There is a menu called Shop By Brand it has a dropdown there in the desktop version. I can’t see the dropdown in the mobile version could you help me to fix this?

After the last theme update there is a problem with displaying Subtotal value of products in cart. The Subtotal value is not displayed at all. When will this be fixed.

I installed the Equipo theme on my WordPress site. I’m wondering how the shop page can be edited. Whenever I try to edit it with WP Bakery, nothing on the page is editable. The main thing I wanted to edit is the heading on the shop page that says “Equipo Shop,” but I have not been able to find a way to do that.

We use your Equipo theme.

We were using a development domain whilst building the website.

Today we have lunched the website and therefore switched the domain.

Since switching the domain we no longer see the SVG icons, including ones we have manually placed into WP Bakery elements and also the inbuilt ones such as the social media sharing icons on products.

I have some questions:

1. Banners: when I edit the demo banners (just rewrite 1 character in the content), the whole banner style broke, loosing the colors, padding, button stlye etc. I have tried to duplicate, create new… sometimes getting the right style… but there is no logic when its good and when its broken.

2. When I edit the custom css, the frontend responds are extremely slow. It take 5-10 minutes to see the changes. I am building WP website 12 years now, I have never experienced anything like it. There are no cache plugin on the site.

3. Frequently bought together section in the products page: How Can I import it via WP ALL IMPORT PRO? Custom field? I have tried with “fbt_ids”, but it does not do anything. Which plugin adding this section in the backend?

I recently downloaded Equipo. I’m loving the theme, but am having a lot of issues with WP Bakery. I’m using Version 6.10.0. From what I understand, I don’t have any code or key to update it correct? I would update it through the files included in the theme’s folder and would need any updates through you? I’m wondering if the issues I’m having might be solved with an update? I am having to make the same changes over and over again even after saving, updating, and publishing, changes aren’t taking effect, and it seems to be crashing a lot. I’ve made changes to banners, saved and updated and when I close the bakery, all the styling disappears, and the whole banner is broken. Images are gone, text has no format, and I can’t get it back. Help is appreciated. Thanks.
