I just did the upgrade to Elementor and the theme. It broke the site. In fact it gave a message that the main theme was broken. I had to install a backup to restore the site.

First of all thanks for your great job on your theme that I use from 3 years ..: I’ve only one questions… I use WP ALL IMPORT to import all the properties but now I’ve to integrate the virtual gallery… Unfortunately there is no way to use the traditional virtual tour by importing single images (I see the videos but in any case it don’t works). Why doesn’t technical support reply to my messages? You say that you have good technical support, but my messages are ignored. I have questions about:
1) Search by price when you specify the price manually . 2) No language switching in the mobile version. 3) Real estate counter. Knowledge Base says you need to add code to function.php but there is no code to add.

Great design and fantastic theme!
On my website I want to offer following categories:
Residential Property Holiday Home Room Rental Commercial Plot Parking
These categories need different fields. For example, the category residential properties need bedrooms, but for example the category parking do not need bedrooms.
So every category needs its own fields!
And every category needs its own amenities too. For example, the category plot don´t need the amenity kitchen.
In the search form it should display with the different categories the right fields with the right amenities. Can I realize that in the manner I need it for my website with your theme? Do you have any idea how to do that with your theme?

Hello sir, is seems that the theme auto detect the visitor country and change the home page and the header based on it, we want to disable that option and set the default language as we want regardless the visitor country or browser language, if there is an option to do that by ourselves please let us know

RealHomes doesn’t have such a function that changes the home page or any other component of your website. My guess is you have WPML or Polylang installed, which is changing it based on the language selected in the browser’s settings.
Kindly disable this option in the WPML’s settings to avoid this redirection.

I have just tried to update the theme via Wordpress and my website is not working, Wordpress saying there is a critical error. In themes it is now showing an error…”RealHomes Child Theme The parent theme is missing. Please install the “realhomes” parent theme.” How can I fix this please? I have never had any issues in the past when updating your theme.

First, please ensure your website runs with the latest PHP 8.0. Secondly, from the error message, it seems that the RealHomes parent theme is deleted or missing. So, kindly only upload the realhomes.zip file to install the parent theme properly.

I just updated my theme to realhomes 4.0.0 and now my login page for agents isn’t working. How can I fix it. also if I am logged in already and you click login it doesn’t redirect you to dashboard how can I accomplish this.
I was able to fix the issue myself by adding the login widget to the header bar instead of the login page. But I do have one more question. I moved my domain from the test server to the live domain but didn’t see a way to deactivate it and reactivate it on the new domain.

Glad to know that the issue is resolved. The only way to deactivate the license on the previous domain is to delete the entire website if you are migrating.
If you are creating or installing it on a new domain along with the old one, then you must buy 1 Regular License for each domain.
