With the XML import, you’ll get the content only – you will not be able to import theme settings and widgets (step 6 in the article above). The options and widgets can be imported later, once this server issue is resolved.

Its a simple hosting issue, if the problem take more time, then please take all your demo and upload it to another stable poster with a right uptime, we are waiting since few days for a solution, your demos are the key, not the Wordpress basic theme.

Hello, I bought the theme even though I didn’t want it because my customer preferred it. I downloaded it, I installed it. When I want to upload demo content, what should I see? The site where we will pull demo data is closed.
For such cases, temporarily stopping new sales would have prevented us from wasting time on themes during the problem process.

I bought a new license yesterday , and still unable to import any demo ! I contacted the support team, they said there is a hosting related issue , and there is NO estimated time for solving the problem! how come you don’t have a backup server or a workaround ?!
This is not acceptable , you should have put a notice about the issue and temporarily prevent new purchase orders so you don’t cause loss to your customers !
I have to start today or else I’m gonna lose my customer ! I need a solution !

Hello, I have an issue with the links/permalinks on the dafnarahminov.com site. The site has an SSL certificate. When I click one of the links on the ‘Works’ or the News & Exhibitions page, the page scrolls up but the linked page does not open. Also do note that the theme installation, by the regular license, can only be used on one single app installation, meaning you can use it on one domain only.
