I want to have the latest event on top of the widget in the list on the frontend, and not the oldest. In the documentation there is no hint about it as well.

Hi, you can hide the past events and display upcoming ones, or use Event Type taxonomy to filter which events you are showing in a certain widget or page. Reversing event order doesn’t make sense since if you have more of 3 or 4 events, let’s say one a month, you would be showing first the event in 4 months and last, perhaps, an event occurring today or tomorrow, which wouldn’t make sense….
If you want to keep the past events visible and just display upcoming events, you can use a custom event type “upcoming” and filter the widget or page by the upcoming term.
Nice tip with the filter, but I still can’t rearrange things.
I just want the upcoming event on top, but independent of whether the events are past or not, I want them chronologically afterwards. So just from newest to oldest, top to bottom.

Hi, you can use the ID filtering in this case, so you can display the exact events of your choice.

That demo is for Elementor. Multi-purpose is referred to the target (producers, labels, djs, singers…) and not to the editor.

Hello, here is my second license with your Kentha theme. I confess that I loved the work you did. On version 4.0.1 I use the WPBakery plugin and I have a little concern about QTPlayer. If I change pages and am playing the audio with the player, the audio stops and I would like the audio to continue playing while I am browsing the website. How to do it? Because with version 3.0 with the Elementor plugin it was possible to do it! That’s my only concern. I admit that you have the best audio theme on wordpress. Thanks

When we are clicking on the menu links, it’s not highlighted to make viewers aware on which page they actually are. How can we make the current link active after being clicked ?

yes you can integrate woocommerce. There is no system to let users pay to listen music, just to purchase albums or tracks. The documentation is very detailed and explains various types of setup, step by step.

Hello, the theme was installed on fcetal.com in date 5 November 2022. You’re attempting to make a completely new installation on a completely different domain. A license reissue is no allowed since one license is to make one website, as per Envato license terms.
I am shutting down fcetal.com as the website was temporary. Actual website is giddymedia.net for which this theme was purchased.
Thanks for the clarification, anyhow currently we were contacted a couple of days ago from Envato which explicitally told us we should not authorise the reuse of a code on different domains. They provided clear explanation of this, with link and screens to the license terms. Therefore, I can invite you to contact the Envato support for a clarification. We are fully open to any otcome but we can’t ignore the Envato recommendations and regulations. sorry.
If I uninstall wordpress on fcetal.com, would code still work ?
I have uninstalled wordpress from fcetal.com as that was of no use to me. As now you can see that website is not live anymore, kindly either issue a new code(as the code is not used anywhere now) or kindly consider the existing code as new code and allow me to use the same on new website.
I’m sorry is not a out WordPress, is that the product was installed months ago on a certain domain, it can it be installed on another website. You can use it for as long as you want in the domain where it was initially installed. We are not allowed to consent new installations. It it would have been installed in a local domain, in a temporary subdomakn of the final site, or a subfolder, that would have been a regular staging installation, but this is a completely different site.
This is exactly what Envato told us that is Not possible with the theme license.one license, one installation.

For this reason I’m inviting you to contact the Envato customer Support to request more information. They can contact us if they believe I’m wrong and it will be my pleasure to move the license.

“Activation issues? If after adding the code, you get a confirmation message but the code is not saved, it means it was used on another website. Please email us at support@qantumthemes.com adding your purchase code and website URL. We will reset your code within 24 hours. ” I guess this would allow you to reset the activation code.
I would suggest you ask them that you want to install the theme on a new domain and the could get in touch with us if this is allowed in your case or not.
We did have also an automatic form to do this, and they made us remove it…

If the item requires you to register the license/url, we recommend that you check with the Author to see if this can be reset.”

Ok, they gave you a very generic copy and paste answer. I’m going to have to contact the same Envato representative that sent us the communication about this last week and ask to check out this specific case, because otherwise I feel like they are saying something to the users and something to the authors that is not matching.
I’ll be back once I have a clear answer.
And, to be specific, the answer you received clearly said “a staging installation”, while the theme was installed on the root of a first level domain, which is the opposite of a staging domain installation.
But don’t worry, I just need to see clean on this and make sure we don’t go against the Envato regulation. I’ll be back in a few hours.
Thanks for understanding. Actually I was not aware of this and previously I have used themes multiple times on temporary domains and then moved to main prod domain.
Also, as you can see there is no match between the website fcetal.com and the music theme, it was a temporary domain. I understand it could be a sub folder for staging but at that time domain was not finalised and we needed to give the wireframes to content team and also I was not aware about the new regulations.

They pointed out an article explaining a license is required for test sites too https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005597566-I-m-making-a-test-site-it-s-not-for-sale-or-distribution-and-will-never-be-published-Do-I-need-a-license-Which-one-and it was pointed out the reply you received was incorrect.
If you could be so kind to provide the username of the agent who gave you this answer, this was requested by Envato for a correction.

First of all I am little worried now, you are trying to find multiple ways not to solve my problem. I have honestly told the actual scenario but still instead of finding the solution you are trying to look for ways to not to sort it out.
If you can discuss with Envato about my issue and make them check that I have removed fcetal.com completely then it would be of great help. It’s all about understanding the problem and finding the right solution. I am not using the Envato theme for the first time and this you can verify with them, my account name is ‘mayank_91’.
I honestly can not use that theme on fcetal.com as it makes no sense to that domain, it will be a complete waste of money otherwise for me to buy this theme because I won’t be able to use even after I paid for it.

Hi, i saw something in the player playlist on my iPhone. When playing a track there is a black spot in the progress bar on the cover of the song. I’ts only in the player playlist. Just letting you know. Grts
oh I see that’s very weird indeed, it seems Safari on iPhone does this, will check what’s that. It seems a shadow is not correctly elaborated (transparency is applied to the icon but not to the shadow)
And the podcast in playlist have not a buy or download button.

If its in the podcast then why is it not visible in the playlist like albums.
Only tracks purchase link appear in the main playlist, while podcast download appears in the single podcast page. Not sure why this decision was taken but this is how it was chosen to be for some technical or functional reason.

Hi, generally yes, but some hosting providers have a version of php 8.0 which is missing some libraries required by wordpress, which may cause 500 errors or slow website. In which cases you may need to enable required libraries (if available) or switch to php 7.4
On php 8.1 it should have no problems.
