Hello i have a bug when i try to access Slider Revolution everything is black. I only see Sidebar from wordpress and topbar from wordpress admin dashboard but rest of screen is black. ( where Slider revolution should be visible ).

Please update bundled plugins using Themerex Updater plugin. After the plugin installation, navigate to Appearance -> Themerex Updater and enter your purchase code. Then you can update the plugins in the Dashboard -> Updates, just scroll down to section Active theme components: Plugins.

Hello, My support had expired but the updater is no longer working for me.
When I try to update the plugins in “Appearance” and “Install Plugins” but I’m getting the following errors when I am trying to update.
Download failed. cURL error 7: Failed to connect to upgrade.themerex.net port 80 after 1079 ms: Couldn’t connect to server When I go to the “Updates” section it won’t show that there needs to be updates, but there are.
I had to manually update the template so that is up to date.
What is the best thing for me to do?

Themerex Addons of this theme has never had vulnerabilities. This notice is thrown by mistake by security plugins (some other themes had this issue, all of them were fixed back in February 2020). The notice means that the new versions of the plugins are available. Please be advised that only the direct plugin buyers can officially activate WPBakery Page Builder and Revolution Slider with a license key. But you have them included and bundled with the theme. They are fully functional and are the same copy of the plugins direct buyers get. To get the latest version of the plugins just update them with ThemeRex Updater.

Great. I followed Update Option 2. However, I couldn’t update WPBakery PageBuilder as it is saying that needs license a separate license. Isn’t it bundled with the theme files?
Nevermind, once I activated the ThemeREX Updater, I was able to update the WPBakery PageBuilder via Dashboard->Updates but not through Appearance->Theme->Install Plugins.

I cannot import demo. It just sits there with no feedback its doing anything. Checked all PHP options and still nothing. I tried downloading per your documentation but same thing Im not sure how to actually get it going so that we see all demo data.
I fixed it! My site needed to be secure using an SSL cert for the demo to install properly.
