Our theme supports both the Elementor Plugin and the WPBakery Page Builder plugin. You can use the Elementor Page Builder for new pages and posts. The theme has been constructed with the WPBakery plugin and its modules.
Please note that the Elementor page builder is designed to work with newly created pages and not with Demo pages created using the ‘Demo Import Option.’ Demo pages created with the Import Option will only work with our default page builder( WPBakery page builder).

dear team, we are translating the website in french from italian default language. We are facing some problems translating the Headers & Footer global sections.
We use polylang, one of the most used translation plugin.
Scenario:
we created homepage IT and his french translation Homepage FR.
We created global Footer IT and his french translation Footer FR.
If, we select to use the Footer IT in the Homepage IT and then we save the page, then it work.
But, when we switch to Homepage FR and we set Footer FR then it applies to both Homepage FR and Homepage IT.
How can we solve this problem?

The problem is on theme options. In page and post option there is a field to set the footer for that specific page. If you set custom footer and save the page in other languages the option is overwritten for all installed languages. I think it is a bug of your theme

but i want you to understand the issue correctly. In the page option there is “Select Footer to be displayed in this page”. this option, that is a theme option, doesn’t work correctly. Can you please investigate further because we cannot assign the right footer to pages.

This problem happened because of your theme after i installed your theme, all the pages got deleted. its your obligation as the theme owner to help me get back the theme not the hosting.
my hosting told me they cannot revert it back as they dont have a backup. what happened now? this is your obligation. better fix this.

I am devastated. I purchase this via envato elements. Installed it. And then nothing is working as it should. Unyson plugin wont instal backup/demo importer when I found files on github I managed to instal demo importer but then I cant instal demo data. Constanly getting error: Failed to create tmp table _fwbk_wp_wc_download_log. Can’t create table `ideja21si_dd`.`_fwbk_wp_wc_download_log` (errno: 121 “Duplicate key on write or update”)
I cant create/register to support page or anything thats why iam writting here.
