Why does it require to install wpbakery when it also states it’s compatible with Elementor? I want to use elementor instead of WPbakery.

If you plan on importing Elementor demo and using Elementor as page builder, then it is not necessary to install WPBakery.

Once you pick a page builder you wish to use, you should stick to that plugin and make sure that the other one is Deactivated. Having both page builders installed and activated at the same time can have a significant impact on your website speed and overall performance.

You can add vimeo videos to the portfolio single pages (please see screenshot), however, videos cannot be added as featured media for portfolio lists.

You can also add videos to blog post and they will also be shown in the blog list.

The Vertical Split Slider used for this homepage can have only images as background (please see screenshot), however, you can have videos as background for full width sections.

When i try to disconnect my instagram account to connect to another instagram account, the old instagram is still there.. even if i am not connected to any instagram account. the first instagram account i connected is still there.. the problem is not that it is overlapping. it just doubles up, there is two exact same navigation menus. I bought the theme over a year ago so cant submit a ticket anymore.

This is also caused due to a large number of items in the menu and not enough screen space. It can be resolved by setting smaller padding between menu items as explained in the article or with custom css from the article.

Hi! Whenever I remove “wedding” as a portfolio category, my galleries disappear. I don’t shoot weddings, so I don’t need/want that tag. How do I remove and add others without making the galleries disappear?

It could be that in your portfolio settings “wedding” was set as a category to be displayed.

When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form shown in screenshot First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Elated) and then theme.

Problem, new serwer, new instatlion Wordpress, same domain and when I try add Purchase Code: “Code is already registered for other domain”?

We have deregistered the purchase code for you. You should be able to register the theme now.

You should know that you can now easily deregister your purchase code via our Help Center by following instructions from this article here. If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message the correct url will be written.

Hello, I bought a theme from you almost 2 years ago, but until now I haven’t started creating the site and I haven’t even used it. However, there is a problem when I want to register a theme on the site now, and it says that my license has already been used on another domain. As I am the only owner of this theme and I don’t know where the purchase code could be used, can you help me and tell me where I can see on which domain it is activated and how I can deactivate it from that domain?I whant to unlink it wherever it is attached so that I can use it on the site that is in the process of being built.
