I am trying to activate my theme however it is saying already avtivated. May be due to connection issue I have tried to activate theme twice. Can you please help what should i do? Setup wizard is not working may be due to activation.

Hi, I need an answer, I have problems downloading plugins and templates.
I found the support site offline, When I came to your site, from this page there were only comments from 2 months ago, I thought you were no longer working and I filled out a refund request.

Alright, In order to solve your issue. Simply go to the Dashboard >> UDESIGN >> Theme Options >> Custom CSS & JS and then paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box.
.alpha-adminbar .mobile-menu-container{float:right !important;}
Then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

Every time I try to use a demo site it says I have to install certain plugins. But WooCommerce and WPForms Lite install BREAK my site and I have to go into the backend to deactivate them. What’s happening? How is it working for others??

Actually, From the theme settings there is no option to change the title tag as per your need. But you can solve it by going into the theme core file in which the tag is coming. This is the file location “u-design\framework\templates\posts\single\post-title.php” in this file you will see the “h2” tag simply change it to the tag you want then save the file and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

Hi, I have been using Udesign template since 2014. I have v3.4.18. The Envato Market plugin shows that there is the 4.5 version is available. It can not install it as the themes/udesign folder exists. No automatic update is available. Only ftp works for the update.
The main problem is that when enter my purchase code it says it is invalid license. I used the themee only on this site.
I have the same problem as the nxtkitt1 in the previous comment.
Please suggest a fix, solution.

Hi, actually I have a HUGE probelm. The new template is not compatible with the older v3 of the theme. The site is broken. Had to put back the backup.
How can the v3 version updated to v4.5 without haveing to redo the whole site? Can not delete the olda site and make completely new as it would null my SEO and google rank etc.
On my localhost using WAMP can not use reall the theme as it is unregistered and some functions do not work.
Is there a way to easily update the theme?

The old version of the UDesign theme was very old compared to the latest themes with the latest technology, features, and coding standards. If we cannot update the theme so it will not work in the future and all of our customer’s sites will be lost. So we make the decision to update it with the latest technology, features, and coding standards we removed the old functionality like shortcodes and we added tons f new features in the theme so that customers don’t need any shortcodes and customization to make the site. Also, I can see that you are not using a page builder plugin to build your site. The latest version of the theme is fully compatible with the Elementor plugin it is the most famous and useable page builder plugin and super easy to use like drag and drop you can use this plugin to build your site using the latest version of the theme. It is my personal opinion for you not to update the theme for now and create a staging site of your current site then update the theme on it after that your site will appear with issues then fix all the issues on the staging site with the latest version and once you have done with it then make it live so that in the future whenever you need to update the theme you will never face any issue again. Otherwise don’t update the theme and use the old version so that your site will appear fine for a period of time. The choice is yours now.

I finally decided after 10 years to update my UDesign site to the new v4.5 and I had to do it manually via ftp but my site says UNregistered & I need to activate, but when I type in my Item Purchase Code it says “already_used Please check purchase code again.” Help, please!

Hey there, presale questions: 1. Does your theme offer a light/dark menu skin to be changed depending on background color? 2. From our demos I can see that it’s possible to close popups and off canvas cart on ESC button but this doesn’t seem to be an option for the fullscreen menu (e. g. https://d-themes.com/wordpress/udesign/barber/). Could this functionality be activated for the menu as well?

Hi, I have a site built with udesign that I built 8 years ago. It was built using udesign shortcodes. My programmer said that if I update the theme, then everything will get thrown off because shortcodes is not used anymore, and needs to be rebuilt completely. (Though I am using the child theme) Do you have a recommendation as to how I can update the theme and not have to totally rebuild the site? Or, If I am using a child theme, is it a security risk to not update the main udesign theme? Thanks,

If we can not modernize the theme so it’ll not work in the future and all of our client’s spots will be lost. So we make the decision to modernize it with the rearmost technology, features, and rendering norms we removed the old functionality like shortcodes and we added tons f new features in the theme so that customers do not need any shortcodes and customization to make the site. Also, I can see that you aren’t using a runner builder plugin to make your site. The rearmost interpretation of the theme is completely compatible with the Elementor plugin it’s the most notorious and useable runner builder plugin and super easy to use like drag and drop you can use this plugin to make your site using the rearmost interpretation of the theme. It’s my particular opinion for you not to modernize the theme for now and produce a staging site of your current site also modernize the theme on it after that your site will appear with issues also fix all the issues on the staging site with the rearmost interpretation and once you have done with it also make it live so that in the future whenever you need to modernize the theme you’ll noway face any issue again. else do not modernize the theme and use the old interpretation so that your site will appear fine for a period of time. The choice is yours now.
