The theme is supported and we will continue to update it, however, at the moment we don’t have an ETA when the update will come out.
The current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and with PHP 8.0.
Bundled plugins do get updated with the theme, however, in case you need immediate update of any bundled plugin you can contact us through this email (just add your purchase code in the mail) and our support agents will provide you with latest version.

I can’t add a portfolio item anymore without getting a critical error. As soon as I deactivate Slider Revolution it is fine. The theme hasn’t been updated for a few years now. Can we please get a new version of Slider Revolution asap?

After installing the demo the slider covers the 3 blocks. I see this is a known issue but doesn’t look like it has been fixed, can you tell me how to resolve this please?

Hello, I’ve purchased the theme and imported the demo website. I’ve encountered some reccuring problems as the other commentor where the 3 boxes are below the slider revolution and I expected it to be exactly like the demo shown in the website. I’ve also submitted a ticket via Qode help center 18 hours ago and still awaiting answer. Any feedback on the process will be very much appriciated, thank you.

Does this theme support Elementor? I love the design but if it doesn’t work with Elementor it’s not a got fit for us? Really hope this can be built using Elementor like most of your other themes.

Unfortunately, the Pxlz is not compatible with Elementor. This theme is built with WPBakery page builder so in order to customize the content you will have to use this page builder.

Hello, pre-sale questions: 1. How often is the website updated? 2. Does the theme support Slider Revolution 6 if I wanted to implement one of their slider templates into any of your theme headers? 3. How fast is support and what timezone are you available to respond to any questions? 4. Are the websites mobile-responsive? If there was like a text or image alignment issues for example, would you provide support for that?

1. Our team is working hard on updating all our themes at the moment and Pxlz theme will for sure be updated, we do not have any ETA at the moment however we can say that it will be soon. We also do tend to update all our themes for the latest compatibility releases always.
2. Our theme comes with Revolution Slider bundled within the theme, bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is, and if a new version is out you can always acquire the latest version from our support team.
You can read more about it here.
Also important note is that RevSlider templates are not available within the bundled version, rather you will get our already built templates(sliders) that we use on our theme demo, as well as the ability to create new ones.
3. Our support teams response time is within 24h and our working hours are 9-5 (CET; UTC+01:00)
4. All our themes are fully responsive and you can always check any of our theme demos on a smaller device to see its performance.

I bought the theme and just after the upload and making it active it causes a fatal error on the website. No other actions were taken – just a standard upload and making it active.
“There has been a critical error on this website.” The theme needs to be deleted by FTP connection to access the page/wordpress crm again.
Please solve asap or reimburse.

Does this theme work on the latest version of wordpress 5.81? Is it updated to date for the latest updates of wordpress, woocomerce, plugins, etc.?

Thanks for taking an interest! We haven’t tested our theme with WP 5.8 yet. You can try using this plugin as a temporary solution: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/ until we release an official update.
Also you can always upon purchase ask our support team to provide you with the latest bundled plugins, until they are added to the theme update.

Information on the theme page states that the last update was on 2nd September 2021. Was there actually an update, as the files and version number appear to be unchanged since October 2020? The Envato Market plugin does not recognise an update either.

Sometimes other changes unrelated to theme files are made on ThemeForest, and the latest update was for adding GPL license. When the theme is updated you will be notified via email and the changes will be listed in the change log.

I purchased your theme after I had reviewed it many times. I had liked the theme and realized that it includes ready-made customized pages for every kind of business (creative agency, freelancer page, fashion store, etc) plus all other pages like (about us, FAQ, contact us, etc.) as shown in the profile.
However, I have been shocked that it is not like what I imagined. It seems that I need to the whole theme elements by myself while I am not an expert in WordPress.
So in this case, you need to provide full guidelines on how to create any kind of shown pages in your profile or I get all pages that are already customized as shown in your profile. Otherwise, I could hire a professional developer to create a theme that meets my expectations and needs with less cost your theme cost.
So please, advise because I strongly like your theme and would like to apply it on my website the shown photos on your profile. At this stage, I have not got any benefit for what I purchased and I have been lost as I found something opposite to what I see on your profile.

Please navigate to WPBakery Page Builder -> General Settings and check the ‘Disable Gutenberg Editor’ option ( please see screenshot ). You can also click on the ‘Role Manager’ tab and for ‘Backend editor’ option choose ‘Enabled and default’ and check the ‘Disable Classic Editor’ ( see screenshot ).
