Hi, has this Theme been tested with AffiliateWP? It doesn’t load the content of several pages of the affiliate portal until I deactivate the riode theme and activate any other wordpress default theme. It only fails when Theme Riode is active.

It is very famous and helps to grow an ecommerce, it should be 100% compatible. any solution?
I did a lot of tests, I deactivated all plugins and the error stopped only when I deactivate theme riode.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. AffiliateWP is a third-party plugin and it appears that there is an incompatibility issue with our theme. We cannot guarantee full compatibility with all existing third-party plugins. In some cases, additional customization may be required to make the theme and plugin work together. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to make the theme compatible with all existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

Hello, there is some kind of bug in https://d-themes.com/wordpress/riode/demo-26/ in mobile view: When you open the sidebar menu and scroll down the sidebar disappears and the content is not sliding left again so it leaves an empty white space

Please try to disable all the third-party plugins on your site except Theme Required/Recommended plugins, and check back your site after clearing the browser cache, might be any additional/extra third party plugins conflicting on your site and creating that issue. If this will resolve your issue then again you have to activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating the issue on your site, and try to reach out to the Plugin Author for further help on this.
And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third party plugins deactivated on your site and provide us the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third party plugins and on site Customziation as well. We also request you to please share the site WP Admin URL and Credentials with us as well for further investigating the issue on your site via our support system by generating the new support ticket.
Note: Please take the complete backup of your site before following the above steps as that might affect your site.

1. No the theme contains a free/basic version of the Elementor plugin.
2. Yes you can achieve it using our theme as well, please check it on my test site here: https://blackpearlspro.com/riode_support/shop-2/
3. We have WP Bakery and Elementor versions of the demos as well, you can choose and import any one as per your requirements.

We have very clear instructions: To hide the Newsletter Popup for the time being on your Site using your Page Builder. You need to edit your Popup with the Page Builder you are using on your Site > there you’ll see a diamond-shaped icon called Riode Settings, click on that > under that open the Display Condition > under the Display Condition, you can remove the Condition defined and the Popup will be hidden from your Site.

You are using Riode | Multi-Purpose WooCommerce Theme but you had selected the Riode HTML Template. Thanks for showing interest in the Theme 
Generally, if you want to use another Theme on your Site you simply deactivate the earlier one and install the new Theme on your Site under the Dashboard > Appearance > Themes.
But if you have some major content on your Site of the previous Themes and their plugins then it is best to install the Theme on a fresh new WordPress installation and then try using the new Theme to avoid any conflict or issues that can arise between the usage of previous and current Themes.

To make the Social Icons center under the Footer, please try using the following Custom CSS on your Site:

Regarding making the Header Top Menu center, the thing is the div containers of the Header Top are having flex defined on them which usually is used to have a responsive view of the elements.
So, to forcefully make the Menu in that as center would require the adjustment of its width. So, you can try out the following Custom CSS on your Site in this regard. Hope this works out for you:

But to keep in the mind the responsive factor, if the CSS doesn’t work out for you then we would suggest you to not proceed further with that and remain the elements as they are at their place.

So, if you want you can try using the Dropshipping plugin with the Theme if some issue occurs then, you can consult the Plugin Support in this regard because we don’t provide Support for the third party plugins issues, as it isn’t included in the Item Support Policy.

Sorry to say but there isn’t functionality available right now. If you directly try to fill the Swatch Label first still you need to write the Name manually to complete the process of adding term for an Attribute. This is how by default it works under the Theme and right now there is no option in Theme Settings available to change that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope.
