I can’t authorize, my new domain. I just get “ERROR Authorization Failed, Error: Did you purchase this item? Also trying to login to the Tielabs site Just kicks me back out to the login page.

If anyone purchased this theme and has the same problem, please let me know so I can guide you on how to solve it. (basqas at gmail dot com). email me and I’ll let you know how to solve it until these wonderful support guys solve it, if they want. I think they’ve got more than enough money from this theme and they want to retire it now but they need to force the buyers to buy ‘Support” now so they can get more money before they retire it. Don’t forget it’s been there since 2017 and the last January update took more than a year.

Hi, I’ve been using Jannah for about 4 months now.
But this morning I got an error like this:
“Error Authorization Failed We can not find this item in the purchase list of the account **.
When I try to verify my license it fails. Moreover, I cannot reach your support team. When I click on the support button, the page that opens redirects me back to my own site.

You are hereby requested to stop immediately showing a red bar “Jannah Theme License is not validated, Go to the theme options page to validate the license, You need a single license for each domain name” this is against the purchase license agreement and you must fix it this issue immediately. I’m using 3 out of four licenses I have purchase. Please fix this issue and don’t undervalue our business integrity because an error in you system. This is just a non professional behaviour.

All your licenses assigned to another domains, remember One license is valid for one domain only, you can check and manage your licenses from your licenses page on our website.
This token is not exists, try to verify your purchase again. i am getting this error now i am not sure.
