Hi Team,
I’ve just updated to the newest version with Ultra theme and noticed a few major problems.
1. In the submit new property in the user area the add images to gallery button does not work, nor can you drag and drop any images there.
2. If the submit form is set to pagination, the pagination does not work if you want to go tho the next page.
3. The property submit button does not work, your data do not get submitted. I saw here that someone else noticed similar problems in your demo too.
Do you have a patch for this please? My site is live and the agents can not post their properties so this is serious issue.

Few hours after fresh install realhomes (last version) and import demo content, “something” rename file ajax-search.php into ajax-search.php_eval_post_infected and that resoult with error and fatal error blank page. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
The files are being renamed because they were encrypted using the same encryption method that is used by the most dangerous viruses and infections. Because this encryption method poses a threat, we cannot turn it off or exclude its detection on a shared server as that would put our other customers at risk. In addition, the antivirus that is detecting the files does not support adding directories or paths to the whitelist.
We can suggest the following options:
1) Ask developers of template to encrypt/whitelist their programs using a commercial, recognized solution, such as ZendGuard or SourceGuardian. or 2) Move the affected site to a VPS where you can turn off the definition that detects malicious programs without affecting other customers.
Please, can you confirm that your files are encrypted using the same encryption method that is used by the most dangerous viruses and infections? If yes, is there something that you can change in template code so that we can use it on Banahostin shared server and other servers that are using same antivirus? Thank you!
Hi there, I just purchased the theme but I’m having a problems with the purchase code which is it saying is invalid on the WordPress installation. I can’t log into support either as that also says it is invalid. I can download the theme fine… just can’t hook up the licence key.

Hi Team, I’ve just changed my theme from Modern to Ultra. Everything is pretty much straight forward apart from one thing that I just can’t get my head around: How to translate/change labels of the “Advanced Search Form Sidebar” module. I’ve imported all search modules to elementor as described in your documentation but I just simply can’t find the way to edit this one. I’ve translated all available PO files, that didn’t do the trick though. Please advise. Many thanks in advance.

can this work as a booking engine for several hotels (and bnbs, guesthouses etc), who each have rooms within the property (with their own availability calendar, rates etc)?

You can assign the number of rooms to the parent property and those number of rooms will be displayed on the parent property details page as well.

ok thanks thats amazing! Last few questions: 1. The main thing missing (and problem for us) is the lack of seasonal rates on the front end. I saw in previous comments that you guys are working on it… any eta on this? 2. I understand the connection between the author and agent – but for rentals, how does specifying the “owner” work? This will be the person who would receive and either approve or deny the booking request. 3. Where do I specify the % deposit that must be paid when booking 4. Can the above % be specified per property by the admin if different to global? 5. Where do I customize the email text? 6. Where do I do a booking for a property? I can’t seem to find an example in the demos? Does booking or enquiry need to be enabled per property? 7. Do you support external booking URLs (like affiliate bookings through booking.com) 6. We are deciding between this and a theme called Brikk – thats only being considered because of the (future) possibility of including other rental items (like tours for example) on the site and within the map display and search – will you be adding similar functionality at a later stage, and if not, do you offer customizations services for us to get a quote?
Sorry, also, I do need to owner/agent/author whatever to approve the booking request before the user makes payment via woocommerce – is that possible?

1. The seasonal prices will be added in version 4.1.0 of RealHomes. So, please don’t worry and wait for that version to be released with the seasonal prices in the Dashboard (frontend).
2. The booking management for the agent/author will also be added in a future update. However, I don’t have an ETA for that.
3. The owner is a custom post type; it can be added just like you add a property, and the website administrator can add it. We will also improve the owner-user relationship in a future update.
4. You can add external booking links within the Property Description section or in a widget in the sidebar.

ok but as is now, your theme doesn’t allow the owner/agent to approve a booking BEFORE the payment is made via woocommerce (and you dont have a eta for this) ? ALSO, Can we specify the % deposit that must be paid for the booking?

Filled all the fields and still nothing, no error, nothing at all. Also few fields are missing styling, when selecting multiple options from some fields there is no css, same goes for type field, are you seeing it too?

Hi, I understand that I cannot use any special Characters in the Field Name input created in New Fields Builder. But I use Polish language with a lot of “not English letters”. Then the values for new fields (the fields with polish letters in the name only) are not ever saved while editing Property.
