Not able to completely import demo content

Usually, demo import issues are related to weak resources, and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article – Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.
Also, if you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that the cache plugin stay deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.
For demo import, please follow instructions from this article Demo import – New module. On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

The current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and PHP 8.0. I have tried to contact you in several ways and there is no way, it is very unprofessional that after buying your product, I can not report a bug that I have found… When you put an H1 title in a blog article, the same title is repeated as an H2 title below at the beginning of the article. So the same title is duplicated, one in H1 and then in H2. This is bad for SEO…

To submit a ticket please follow instructions from this article – How To Submit A Ticket. When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form as shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Mikado) and then theme.
The heading structure is not exactly a bug. Do note that it is advisable to have only one H1 heading per page and that this H1 heading is the first when the page loads.
Anyhow, you can contact our support, let them know how you want to edit blog pages and they will assist you.

Yes, I tried to contact you through your support by opening a ticket as you mentioned, but you only give support 6 months after the purchase of the Theme. It doesn’t make any sense… I think you have not understood me, the title is repeated 2 times, first as H1 and then as H2. It is a bug and affects considerably the SEO.

If you don’t want title area shown in screenshot to appear, then you can disable it in MindCare Core Options > Title or in Title Setting on individual blog posts.
To adjust this blog title you can edit title.php file located on this path: wp-content\themes\mindcare\inc\blog\templates\parts\post-info\title.php

There is an option to add multiple calendars (please see screenshot). In the settings you can choose which calendar to edit as shown in screenshot and then you can copy and paste calendar shortcode to the page where it’s supposed to be used.

The content of top bar can be edited in Appearance > Widgets.
