This is NO Support Question, it is just a question regarding the compatibility with WordPress 6.8 which is rolling out now. Can i Update the WP Core without destroing my Website (is your theme ok with WP 6.8) or shuold i wait for an Update of the Theme as well, if so when will the Update be done? Thanks!

We do not recommend to update WordPress at the moment. Most probably we will release Paperio update next month, so you can then update theme, WordPress and plugins.

Hi there is the Theme compatoible with WP 6.5 (newest release from today)? Or should i wait for a Theme Update befor i do a WP update?

I did not ask for an Update from you i did ask about the compatibility of your theme with the new WordPress Version 6.6… Is the Theme compatible with it or not? And if yes, when you will fix the issue with the woff2 file? Got still this 404 Error and for this files as well: wp-content/themes/paperio/assets/fonts/glyphicons-halflings-regular.ttf & wp-content/themes/paperio/assets/fonts/glyphicons-halflings-regular.woff

Yes current Paperio version will work fine with WP 6.6. And yes we will add that missing file fix in upcoming theme update, most probably end of this month or early next month.

That WP 6.4 is plopping up is not a new thing, basically you should check the compatibility before newer Versions of WP plopping up.

We are not sure what can be the conflict as it can be conflict related to your server config, PHP version or config and any other plugins. So without access we cannot do investigation and provide you further help, I hope you understand. If required you can create temporary user and after support work is done, you can delete that user.

But still you are not happy to provide the access for further investigation then we will try more to replicate the above mentioned warning in our setup and if we will find it and then we will add fix for the same in future theme updates.

Well, PHP is 8.1xx Version (i can request the correct version number if needed), WP newest Version available. With a short use of Google i found out that maybe the Part of the Theme, which i mentioned, is not comptaible with PHP 8. If this would be caused by a Plug-In, i would not get the theme folder as point of problem in the Server-Log-File. Something is not 100 % accurate in the File paperio-breadcrumb.php nothing else in the Error Log.

Hello! I’m looking for a fast wordpress theme with high google page speed scores. What does is the score for desktop and mobile with paperio ?

Unfortunately, the problem with the gallery blog entries doesn’t seem to be the only one after the theme update. The widgets in the sidebars are somehow “shifted” into each other, even if I set them up completely new. And in the category view of the postings, the option to like postings is missing, although the option to do so in the customizer is still set to “Yes”.

Hi, I just uploaded the latest theme update to my existing website. Unfortunately, it messed up all 204 posts… the slider above each post now shows three images instead of one at a time and I don’t find any option to bring this setting back to a one-by-one slider. Where can I find the settings for these post sliders?

Having problems with Menu Visibility Plugins and for example this one describes what changes Wordpress made and have to be done to the Theme. Did you change it in an update? If yes, then maybe the error is something else, just like to know if I have to search on or not: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/ultimate-member-2-1-6-theme-menus-breaking-changes/

Hi there, is have “purchased” this theme on 28 May 2019, during a FREE download period of Themeforest (Envato), now i see that i did never get any Updates. Could you tell me how can i get Udpdates for this theme? I have a regular license but can not open a Support Ticket as the PurchaseCode in this license sa just “FREE”... Waht can i do now?

What code do we need to edit it? Please, view in Google Chrome versus mobile and you’ll see that the logo goes over the banner’s height due to the size.

Great theme! I just found a couple of bugs, it would be great if there are solutions.

1. How to set menu items (Navbar Text Transform) to normal capitalization? Not uppercase, lowercase. 2. Same with titles. It’s grammatically incorrect in other languages. 3. Can number of posts per page be different on home page and category pages? 4. Footer social icons are opened in the same page (missing target=”_blank”) 6. How to change font size for different content types (preffered, paragraph etc.)?
