Problem: I have updated Wpbakery through Themerex updater and it is updated to the newest version 8.6.1 (5th August 2025) which is not support by the theme. The theme was updated on 30 June 2025 . now the website is crashed. how to fix this incompatibility?

I purchased and installed the theme last year when you had not updated the social icon for Threads. Now i see the newer version of the theme has the Threads icon on the theme demo. How to add it to my currrent theme? I have gone to Themeoptions -> social network -> add new, but the Threads icon does not show up. Thank you!
I just downloaded the “Installable WordPress file only” of the Education Center theme from my Envato account.
But the version inside style.css is still 3.6.7, even though the changelog shows version 3.6.12 as the latest update.
Could you please check and upload the correct 3.6.12 package?

The latest theme version is 3.6.12. Please update the theme and bundled plugins using Themerex Updater plugin. After the plugin installation, navigate to Appearance -> Themerex Updater and enter your purchase code. Then you can update the plugins in the Dashboard -> Updates, just scroll down to section Active theme components: Plugins.

Your theme is getting error “Page is not mobile friendly” by google, I have tried disabling all plugins but still the problem, then I suspect it’s your theme and especially the Additional Tags plugin. (i have a very bad history with this plugin, it causes too many errors)
I reinstalled the whole website, the latest education theme, imported your full demo, and it still shows the error, I often get this error from google search console, without any way to fix it, it turns out it’s from the theme hope you guys guide me how to fix, and have the latest update on this issue.

1- Monthly recurrent payment for single course. The visibility of the modules must be hidden after a month where in students must pay again the monthly fee.
2- Manually approve student for the offline wire transfer. The course modules must not be visible to students until the payment is confirmed. Admin must be able to approve a user upon successfull payment
3 – Access only to specific course and expire automatically when monthly payment not made. Any additional course must be purchased separately.

Hello i have a few questions. My company purchased this theme and i’m currently working on it. They want me to create courses which will probably be either PDF’s or PowerPoint and/or Videos. Now they asked me to make it so that when someone looks at a specific course they’d be able to see the content (How many lessons there are and the names of the lessons) but to not be able to see it like with a lock icon. Also they want quizes which will determine if someone can continue to the next lesson. Another thing is selling them, when somebody buys a course do they get a link to something to download or do they have to create an account and once they purchase the course it unlocks for them automatically and they can start it? I read in the comments above that it’s not possible with just the theme and that we need to buy LearnDash so i just wanted to confirm it. Also is LearnPress compatible? We tried it but it seems it had some problems with Woocommerce. Thank you very much in advance.
