I had to change the staging domain on a registered license and that older staging site is now deleted and I cannot unregister my purchase code. How can I unregister it and re-register on the new staging domain? I have a purchase code. Thanks.

For this, you can navigate to your support account area on our website: https://theme-fusion.com/support/account/

Then navigate to the “Register Purchase Code” tab in your account area to see/add purchase codes.

There you will find out the domain for each respective purchase code. Screenshot here → https://share.getcloudapp.com/6quryD4e (you can hit the refresh button to update this or unregister button to free up that purchase code for use on another domain).

does off canvas used as popup gets closed after submitted any form or subscribing ??

Hello team, I use avada template with Classic Website theme, I did some customization & I have done 2languages and 2 directions also, Now I want to change the theme to Cryptocurrency Website theme. How can I do this without losing my content? And without losing the links?

When you import a prebuilt site in full, it will overwrite your existing Avada Options / colors / styles / layouts etc so we’d recommend trying the 2nd prebuilt import on a staging / dev clone of your main site. That way you can play with the import in a safer environment without affecting anything.

You basic content for the posts/pages etc will not be impact by a prebuilt import though.

The carousel element lightbox has TWO bugs: 1. When an image is selected a second time the page for that image opens (not the lightbox). 2. When closing the lightbox a useless horizontal scroll bar appears that is only removed by updating the page.

I would request you to perform some basic diagnostics
1) Disable all third party plugins except Avada builder and Avada core and check if the issue still persists
2) Please disable any child theme and switch to the parent theme to check if the issue is resolved
3) Ensure that you have no system values showing in red. You can check this by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard > Avada > System status. Please do ask your host to adjust any values that you see in red
4) I would request you to please clear the cache from Avada options by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard > Avada > Options > Performance and click on “Reset Avada caches”. Please clear all server and browser cache post this and re-check the front end of your site in an incognito window
5) Finally, please do ensure that you have all theme and bundled plugins updated to the latest version

I have some Avada websites with different Envato accounts. I noticed that the ones I updated regularly (7.8.2 – 7.9.0 – 7.9.1 – 7.9.2) have no problems, but when I updated 7.8.2 to 7.9.2 I missed the fonts. For example in one of them i use Raleway as font for the titles (and is correctly set in Avada Options) but i see a different one. Is there something to fix it? I deactivated all the plugins except Core and Builder, set Avada Parent theme instead of Child, cleared all the caches, tried to Rerun Global Options Conversions for 7.9.2 from Status tab, removed all the custom css, but nothing… I had to restore 7.8.2 from backups :-(

My license is suddenly saying it is being used by another domain. It is not. I dont feel i should have to pay for support to get my license fixed when i have done noting to cause this issue.
