Hi! I am using Kriya for a long time now and it seems that I cannot upload images to the courses anymore (for thumbnail and title). The option is simply gone. When I add a new course now, all I can do is to use an old one, that already has a foto in it and change the text. I also tried to use the title background function (in default options), just to see if this works. But there, when I add a picture, nothing happens. It seems there’s a problem with the pictures. What can I do?

I just bought the Kriya theme. First of all , although I have been able to make an account on the support forum of yours , I am not being able to verify my purchase code. It returns an error when I enter my purchase code . Coming to my questions : 1) I want to use this theme on the business plan of wordpress.COM purchased hosting. Just wanted to clarify with you if this theme can be activated on wordpress.COM based hosting ? 2) Second, your documentation to install the theme seems outdated by years as the content inside the theme folder and the ones mentioned in documentation and youtube videos do not match . Nonetheless, I went ahead with the installation. Everything went alright initially but when it came to importing the demo content, although the demo content was imported, it was full of errors. I saw in the forums that a user named intoria seems to have had the same issue and the look of the demo content I am seeing on my instance is facing the same issue as that : https://www.yogashanti.lu/ . Can you please suggest me the most updated way to install the theme correctly with demo content , so that I don’t face any issue in the same ? Please treat this as urgent. My project is lagging due to this .

I would like a refund as this is not based on elementor and this is based on wpbakery which is removed by wordpress.

Our theme supports both Elementor Plugin as well as WpBakery Page builder plugin. You can use Elementor Page builder in new pages, or posts that you are going to use or create. We have built the theme only with the WpBakery plugin.
The Elementor page builder works with only newly created pages and not with the dummy pages that are created using the “Import Option”. Only our default page builder will work with dummy pages created with the Import Option.
