Classiads is based on classified system in which user can post their listings and admin can certainly display them in multiple sorting as per requirements however we are not offering any last minutes offers based hotel booking system.

1. Hi. Why is there a problem with demo import? The percentage bar increases and decreases. I already submitted a ticket.
2. Are there any plans to add the Top Ad feature? This will allow ads to go at the very top of the list.
3. Are there any plans to add an Ad Alert feature? This comes with a toggle switcher and is automatically placed on all ads listing pages under every category. 7. Lastly, a credit system. Registered Users can purchase virtual credits and use them toward premium features from the frontend, and Admin can set up pricing, packages, and bulk options. Admin can give any number of credits to any Registered User for free. Admin can offer credits as a Registration Bonus. Admin can also have the option to enable and disable credit expiry dates, edit an existing package, or delete packages that the admin no longer wants to offer to Registered Users. Overall, the credits system deploys an internal payment system allowing users to convert their money into credits and use them to pay for listing packages and other services offered on the classifieds site. This system will be an alternative to purchasing membership packages.

Hi, I have submitted a support ticket, unable to import demo content. It reaches to 11% and then took a start from 4-5% no matter how much i wait for it; it keeps going same over again and again. I have added my login info to support ticket, my server is OK, every parameter from server side is ticked green so i would not expect a generic feedback. As soon as I create a ticket, your colleagues reply: Go and talk to the server guys! My problem isn’t the server. You have to just try to debug your code once on my server before you make sure it’s a server issue. My server is a fresh installation of LAMP on a totally private linux instance. How is this even problematic? Even if it is: just please let me know what is the problem of server with YOUR code so I can solve it.
I am paying extra money for supprt, the ONLY thing I am getting back is some predefined replies I am tired of explaining this over and over and over: What does a reasonable server mean to you? Really? I have a Wordpress deployed on an Amazon Lightsail instance, using an official bitnami LAMP image, on a Debian linux
We are also using a Lightsail MySQL instance for the database separately.
This is a virtual private server, it is not shared, I am able to handle that by myself and the support doesn’t have to do with it.
PLEASE CONSIDER: - My website was working well just before I install your theme, does it mean anything to you?
To me: It means that there is something wrong with the theme that causes the server to use so so so much resource that the server goes down and needs to be restarted

We are using latest version of Wordpress (6.1.1) and we are experiencing server crashes every 5-10 minutes we interact with the our site. We are unable to keep Wordpress version down because of other reasons, can you confirm your theme works with 6.1.1? Or is there any problems with that?
Hi there, Classiads is compatible with latest version of WordPress, it seems like your server is running out of resources, please contact our support channel for further investigation.

Don’t worry support team will check it out as soon as possible, meanwhile try to i crease physical memory limit to 256m or 512m and use a cache system, wp optimise cache, w3total cache, wp rocket are recommended.
- We are already using Wp rocket - We have also CloudFlare in place, so DNS level caching is also set up
I think whatever it is doesn’t have to do with caching. It make the server down, we have no visitors, and we have not much interactions with the database yet

For SEO promotion of the site, it is necessary that the name of the category is in the tag H1. Right now your template does not have a category name. This is very sad. I want to buy a template and promote it in Google search. But it can’t be done without the category name in the tag H1

I’ve sent a ticket to you about the listing form customisation I paid $100 for that does not submit. Surely you devs should test these things before handing over work. It baffles me how careless this is. Please read the support ticket this time and follow the instructions to avoid continued issues. The form does not submit so it makes no sense to pay for something that does not work. The error fields shown in the image above are fields you removed in the customisation but you have not fixed this so that the form can submit. Please try and focus on the work and do it correctly.
Please update the theme to be compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Also, revslider plugin cannot be found. Perhaps there is a bug issue?

Anybody with common sense would see that tickets do not start like that and parts have been deleted deliberately.
Its wordpress default feature to show certain comments per page, ypu can request full transcript from support team. So nothing can be removed, please contact via support ticket so we can address ypur issue.

Because I said I would leave an honest review of my experience with these people, they’ve blocked me after paying out money for customisation and it is incomplete. What sort of behaviour is that? If you cannot complete work then why take my money?
There are so many negative reviews all saying the same thing. Rude behaviour by support and being nasty and threatening.
I hope Envato investigates shortly because it damages their brand by having people like you on this platform.

Just remember, if you do not provide the basic support that comes with the theme purchase and the extension of this you promised when I paid the $190 for customisation, that will be considered breaking the Envato terms and conditions. Just be aware of the above to avoid further problems. I also noticed you deleted certain parts of the support tickets to hide the fact that you agreed to provide an extension of the basic support due to the money I paid extra for customisation.

Hi, great theme, i have already bought it. i have a serious problem. I can create account very easy but when i try to add a new ad, when i click to the title of the ad ,show me that something loading and it removes me to homepage. I can’t for some reason to ad a new ad. Please inform me!!!
