I’m Using the latest updated Theme Jannah 6.1.5 and Jannah Autoloaded posts plugin 1.2.2.

But still the Ads are not showing on Autoload posts (Infinite Scroll – Ajax Requests) on second autoload post and so on.

It was working fine in Jannah 6.0 and the related version of the plugin.

Please bring back this feature back or at least provide the old version of plugin. As without the ad placing feature in the Autoload posts, it is useless at all.

Update Jannah to the latest version then go to the theme options page and click on the “Refresh Cached Data” button

after the latest update, ads are not showing on autoload posts.

also, l got the following error logs in cPanel after the update.

Or pleas how to install the previous version to overcome the 2 problem?

Hi, your theme is not fully compatible with “Ultimate Membership Pro – WordPress Membership Plugin”.

This is the response from their tech support:

“The problem is coming from current WP Theme that changes how forms actions are set. You will easily noticed that submitting the change password or profile form it will be reloaded the initial My Account page and you will not see the form anymore with its own error messages.

Switching to a different theme you will see the differences.”

Can you fix this compatibility issue in the next update? keep in mind that the plugin has been purchased by 35,886 users and is the best-selling in its category

Some of the block layouts are not available in Jannah and so you will need to re-create the homepage with the Blocks available in Jannah using the TieLabs Builder. You can check the blocks available in Jannah on our demo site https://jannah.tielabs.com/demo/ > Main menu > 3 dots icon > News Blocks & Slider Blocks

Hi, Please help, my website is having some issues.

Every other thing works fine except that, i have to tap twice on post before it loads the stories. This is specific to CHROME – iOS Apple Phones only.

What can i do ?

Please try these common solutions. If none of these fix the problem, please open a new support ticket.

  1. Update everything including WordPress, the theme and plugins. Available updates appear in Dashboard > Updates.
  2. Deactivate all plugins in case there is a conflict. If the problem goes away while all plugins are inactive, then reactivate them one by one to determine which is causing the problem.
  3. Switch to the default theme (such as Twenty Thirteen) then try to do what was not working. If the problem remains, it is a general WordPress or hosting issue. If it happens only while using our theme, please let us know.
  4. Clear cache in both your browser and in any caching plugins that you are using (also disable services like CloudFlare, if used with your website).
  5. Revert code changes if you have modified the theme’s code. If using a child theme, reactivate the parent theme.

That is what I did… first i installed the theme (6.1.3) and second updated the Auto-load plugin to the latest one. Still rotating circle instead of the article :-/
