Hi, I just purchased this theme tonight and went through the video trying to set up the wedding flower theme.
It appears that some of my import did not work as I am seeing nothing on a first 2 -3 homepages (haven’t checked all of the other pages to see if they are working or not).

Your video shows just installing the wedding day (for the couple I assume) and not installing the wedding flower demo so I need help getting my homepage to look like the advertised demo as seen here http://www.nicdarkthemes.com/themes/wedding/wp/demo/wedding-flowers/
Right now the homepage is completely blank (no header, no subsection, can’t scroll to anything because it’s blank)

Hi, Nick. I did receive a response from the support team but it was very short, not helpful and did not resolve my issue. My homepages are still blank. I sent additional messages last night but have not received a response yet. Can you please ask them to respond with an actual solution to my problem? I also provided my WP credentials for them to log in and look at the problem themselves (and hopefully fix it) Please advise ASAP

Hi Nicdark, thanks for your reply, however since you made the choice to change the theme from “wedding industry” to “wedding theme” with the change of the related building plugins, for me old customer you created an inconvenience, every old page built previously going to modify the content you create many problems in the code, by blowing up parts of this, consequently I can no longer modify (with the new elementor constructor) without ruining all the old pages already built. (Also i noticed that you no longer support revolution slider either, another problem). Did you think that this discomfort could be created? How do you think you can solve these troubles? I am in great difficulty with this new commercial choice of yours. I look forward to knowing how to best manage this new situation which is making me waste a lot of time and work. Thank you.

Okey after purchasing this theme I highly discourage anyone who is trying to make the same mistake. If you are trying to save time and launch your website asap this is the wrong item and I will explain why. A bad documentation followed by a bad slow supprt, many installation problems even on a brand new wordpress website, there is no assistance for the installation nad the support doesnt cover it, last but not least you need to share with them your admin credentials to get some pro plugins which i think should be included in the price. Dont recommand it.

As described in the installation video of the theme, I did all the server configuration and installed it completely, but there are no buttons or demo xml files for loading demo content.
A very poorly prepared theme I have bought a theme many times through “themefores”, every seller has helped, but you send the same article in 7 or 8 hours. I definitely do not recommend it. !!!

Hello, After updating the ND shortcode 6.5, 6.6 plugin, text of footer of my website cannot show white color. Text was changed gray color and css is not working even if i specified #FFFFFF.
By downgrading to version 6.4 everything is back in working order.
I kindly ask you to fix the problem.

Hi ND I bought the wedding industry theme. after updating the ND shortcode 6.6 plugin you have broken some links using “magic pop up” and you no longer see the photos but only the code, the html links in the footer have also been broken.
