Hi guys,
Need some help please.
Just purchased a further 6 months support, but when I try and enter purchase code (from the original theme purchase 3 years ago) into my Theme Fusion account, it comes back with “Purchase code is already in use.” and also below this displays, “There are no keys registered on your account.”.
This is the ONLY website that we are using the Avada theme on, so it seems there may be another email address being used for a ThemeForest account that this purchase code is attached to.
How do we find this/ensure I can use the support that we just purchased, please.
Am trying to update Avada 5.9.1 to a later version, and have read and followed a lot of your documentation, but running into a few difficulties.

Never mind, have found the other account that the purchase code has been registered with, and now applied the support.

I disabled the old site and I’m trying to use the license on a new site, but I can’t use Refresh or Unregister. I tried to remove the purchase code and enter again, even so, on the new site I have the message that the code is locked and that I need to contact the support, but my support period has already expired. Hi Ammar… It’s been a long time.. I want to buy the 6th or might be even the 7th license as you can see them on my account this one the Subrigo account.
But I really need your help by answering one question before I continue. I will use the Avada for an Artists Management and Booking Agency. My question is, what is the best artist profile and show case which will work without issues with Avada?
I meant by artists (DJs) Live performer. Take a look at Phaze here by Wolf for example.. I just need something like the artist part yet using your theme because it has the cleanest code here tbh.

Yes, I can confirm that you have an account already so it could be that you had an account with a different username, we will be sending you an email from our end on the associated account with this username so you can check this further.

With our registration system your domain is actually bound to the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the same domain, or you want to check different prebuilt websites after resetting Avada installation, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://bit.ly/3W9xxbO also click on “Unregister” button on your Avada dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://bit.ly/3HJ0qr2

I bought Avada in 2020 and now there is no way to download it from ENVATO. I want to use it on another WEBSITE owned by me but it asks me for the TOKEN. I go to create a token and in the collar to activate AVADA but Avada informs me that the TOKEN does not correspond to any PURCHASE MADE. What should I do?

I do not see a purchase badge on your support account, Avada once purchased should be available to be downloaded all the time from your ENVATO account, also the token method does not work anymore and with our latest version it will require a proper purchase code to register, we suggest you to please open a support ticket with us further by creating a support account with your purchase code so we can look into this further.

Envato says to hurry to download that then the product will be deleted. I am steerly, if I had to eproded the dowload saved how do I do it? Do I have to regain the product? I didn’t make the refund and the product’s download is not!

That is not correct, the download should still be available there in your account, if you are not able to view it you have to consult Envato about this. Envato has full control over licensing and any Themeforest account related issues. Below is a direct link to their support system. Update theme to latst version, get PHP error:
Call to undefined function AWB_Maintenance_Mode()
...when trying to access the wp-admin area.
Have set default WP theme and removed the Avada theme completely before uploading and activating again from fresh download from ThemeForest. The theme and all core plugins are latest versions.
Any ideas what this issue is – is it a bug?
Currently I can’t log in to wp-admin when Avada theme is activated. Using Kinsta hosting with PHP8.

It appears that you are trying to update from an older version of Avada towards our latest version and the version you are trying to update from is way old so the migration is not being triggered properly here, this may require you to actually go back a PHP version such as 7.4 or 5.6 if you are trying to update from a very older version of Avada such as 3.x and once you are on version 5.9+ you can update your PHP and Avada both towards latest version.

Hey! Nice theme.
I have a couple of pre-sale questions:
1. Is this theme mainly for online shops/ marketplaces, or can it be used for anything? I need it for a casino affiliate website. So instead of listing products, I list the casinos instead basically that’s the idea, and the products/item page will be the casino review. So For this I need the theme to be as highly customizable as possible, as I need a way to be able to change the URL’s of the pages, like for example /shop or /products, those I have to change to /casinos /reviews or similar.
2. Can all the text and sections be edited, removed and the ability to add new once, for example these once: - Details - Composition - Size & fit
To something like: Casino was founded in 2020, or the Pros and cons of the casino , or the amount of games or deposit methods the casino has.
3. Can all the buttons be edited, for example the button that says “Add to cart”, or “Buy now”, to something like “Play Now” or “Read Review”?
4. Can I add external link to all the buttons, for example instead of sending you to the checkout page, it sends the customers to the casino instead?
5. Can I remove any category, rename them, add new once and change the URL structure of these once?
I believe that’s all my main questions

I got a question.. I’m using the Layout Builder for a single post page… When I use the Content Element it does import the post but not the Post Title. I can add the page title, but that’s not the same thing. I would like to see the same post title that you see in a normal single post page, if that make sense… Is it possible? Thank you

Hi Ammar, I wasn’t asking for support. What I’m asking is, if your Content element it is supposed to import only the post/article but not the title? Is it normal? There is no element available for the post title, only for the page title. That’s why I’m asking… Shouldn’t be one element there even for the post title? Thank you..

The content element will indeed only get the content, to get the title of post you need to use title element dynamically and it should definitely work on posts without any issues.

Website issue: If you export your library content and import this content into another website on the same hosting account but under a new domain, the imported content is still linked to the older website. For example: If you click to edit the imported Postcard element, this will open the Postcard element from the website it was exported from and not the new website library.

If you have the purchase code, you can use it to register your copy of Avada but if its on another themeforest account, you’d need to talk to the account holder if you need to renew your support period etc. OR you can purchase your own license like Ammar mentioned above. You need a valid purchase code to be able to update/use Avada or receive any hands on support.
