After installation process is completed and demo content is installed successfully the wp-admin panel works and is available but the site returns “There has been a critical error on this website”.

Salaam Dear How are you doing thank you so much for this nice theme, I just saw that you make a new update just in 28 February 2023 we want to download the theme from our ‘envato elements’ account 1- is this update active also on your theme in envato elements 2- the theme features shows less features in envato elements !! is that possible ? like it’s not showing there that the theme is RTL support !! also there it showing that it’s compatible with WordPress 5.x and tested up to version 5.6 but her it’s showing that it’s tested up to version 6.1.x. please give advice and clear to me i feel its confusing me thanks

Wordpress has reported a fatal error on my website, using the Engitech theme. Although it says it is with Elementor plugin, the path shows the Kirki plugin files – this plugin is required to be installed with the theme in order to customize the theme.

Hello i have 2 issue with this awesome theme: A) first one is scroll is not working backend and front end and second i cannot replace the logo of the loading because the lateral menu dont show off the loading menu as i read in previous comments. I NEED HELP PLEASE!

I have used your template (http://wpdemo.archiwp.com/engitech/home-5/ ) to create this page: http://btw-it.bayern/btw-it-produkte/ Unfortunately, when changing the screen size, in some medium resolutions the three green buttons below the header arrange themselves in an inconvenient way. I cannot figure out why this does happen. There seems to be a weird CSS rule in place but I don’t know where it is installed.
