Hi there, some Pre-sale questions if you don’t mind:

1) The slanted shape on some the footer and header as shown on the demo pages, can that slanted style be changed?

2) My log will be circular shape and a bit larger in width & height than your musico demo logo. Will the head automatically expand to adjust to the larger logo size? Or do I need to use CSS?

3) Was hoping to see other demo pages showing the differs header option style, such as centered logo, left vertical menu bar with logo up top, etc. but didn’t see any on your demo pages.

4) Average response time on support ticket?

5) I’ll need to install a more advanced Booking Form, I assume this theme is compatible with most of the booking form plugins on Envato?

6) Theme & bundled plugins update via Envato Market plugin? Or your theme’s own repository?

Running into an error “Purchase code is already registered to domain…” – however this IS the domain. How can I get this resolved?

Been using your theme for a couple of years now – really like it. However today I’ve noticed some issues with my site.

For some reason certain styles don’t translate from the elementor builder onto the front end. For instance, if I make a title blue, it stays white on the front end.

Also, the styles for the accordion I use across my site for some reason no longer work once edited. No matter how much customisation I apply on the backend, on the front end it’s still the same – a bog standard accordion.

Musico theme elements are all up to date & when disabling each plugin on my site, nothing appears to change.

Would be grateful of any help!

After almost a year of my purchase i have deactivate this theme and when i reactivated i needed to enter the license again. I did it and I am getting an error because the domain don’t match, but the domain is the same actually! I can not find anywhere in their support to deregister and register again the domain. There is no way to extend my support because this is their fault.

Great theme – been using for over a year now & not ran into any major glitches, even with the latest Elementor updates which were pretty hefty.

Just wondered if you know how I could put the social icons at the bottom of the mobile menu? Assume they’ll be a button for it somewhere, just can’t for the life of me find it.

I understand my support has run out (just my luck), but if you could point me in the right direction that’d be much appreciated

The theme is stable but old, therefor my client wants to go to modern Artist Music theme.

Questions:

Which Musical theme do you recommend? Why? Will it cost more or everything there? Do you see yourself upgrading? 3 – 5 years? Difference between Enfold (Best seller) and you?
