Just a question : would you propose us an option like ranker.com (I mean creating listsof all kind) in monthes to come ? If not, do you know if there’s a plugin that would do the job ?
Would be a very very awesome asset as nobody sounds to sell it.

Thank you very much for the appreciation. At this time there aren’t any plans to add something like that in the theme unfortunately. However, we are always looking for new useful features. I will add this suggestion on our list. As for a plugin recommendation in the matter, I haven’t actually looked for such plugins or tried any so far. Maybe a post voting plugin could do something similar https://www.begindot.com/best-post-voting-wordpress-plugins/ Ort maybe a combination of plugins perhaps. Or perhaps it could only be done custom.

please reassign my licence key to new domain bcoz i have disabled my previous domain which was registered as a primary domain. at the time of theme purchase. I have checked your key and it is already assigned to the website you want, the new one you mentioned in the email. So there should be no problems. But if there is a problem using the theme on the respective website, please mention it in the email. Let us know.

Thank you for considering our theme. I believe that will require a specially designed theme, to be fully ADA compliant. Our theme doesn’t have any special accessibility features, but it does provide the options to customize almost everything. So perhaps it will be possible to build the website in the way you want with our theme, and maybe additional plugins. It depends on your requirements. Hello, I am not able to use my purchase code on website. It seems my purchase code is compromised and other people are using it.

If someone else knows your license key, they can use it as well, because it is a valid key. We can’t stop someone from using a valid key to activate the theme. Each theme purchase is connected to a license key, so exchanging the key with a new one is also not possible. Basically there isn’t much we can do if a key is stolen or compromised. I see you have sent us an email, we can discuss it more there.

The mobile and desktop versions can get mixed up sometimes. It is usually a caching configuration issue. If I check now, I see the mobile theme version on mobile https://prnt.sc/hh7VK78tyydg The responsive version would look like this https://prnt.sc/S5FuTxpR6Ctg The demo logo from the mobile responsive header probably hasn’t been removed https://prnt.sc/P-WhNbLU9Nxu However, the responsive version should never be displayed, if the mobile theme is active. But as I mentioned, the desktop version and the mobile version can get mixed depending on the cache configuration, or if perhaps cloudflare is used. A license key is for a single live website, according to the themeforest license terms for themes https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular With our theme a key can be assigned to a live website and a testing/staging website, if maybe this is needed. I see you are using the mobile theme on the website. The mobile theme doesn’t have infinite loading unfortunately. Maybe before you updated you were not using the mobile theme, that would explain it. If that is the case, then you can deactivate the mobile theme https://prnt.sc/mNIzXvxw5IAg and use the default responsive version. Please try it.

Just a pair of questions about the new tabbed content shortcode that is included in tagdiv composer.
Is there any way to increase the number of tabos? now is limited to 5 Is it possible include posts or category pages instead of pages?

The tabs element may be improved in a future update, its on our to do list. Right now it can display 5 pages, not more and not other types of content. It was suggested before, so we will consider adding an option for displaying other types of content with it, and in larger numbers.

Thank you for considering our theme. Our theme doesn’t have such a feature unfortunately. But we may add an option for it. Or perhaps an option to be able to export a list of subscriber emails, which can then be imported and used within a mailing service. I’ll check our suggestion list for the subscription plugin, and add a note of this in case it wasn’t suggested already. Please let me know if you have more questions.

Hello, I have two theme licenses, and I just sent an email to your support to remove all licenses from my websites (a screenshot is attached in the email for the websites in question, plz DO NOT remove it from any other websites not shown in that email). It is crucial for me to work on websites this weekend, so I want this done urgently.
Nonetheless, it is unfortunate to see that the assign & unassign buttons are frozen + on top of that, there is no option to put my 2nd license once I am already stuck in this situation. Please have this fixed, so the customers don’t have to go through this ordeal.

Sorry for the delay. There is no support provided over the weekend https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/ The assignment system is locked for the duration mentioned in the theme license panel, please check there. We had to add a time delay before a key can be reassigned, because some users were abusing the keys unfortunately. We will check the email as soon as possible, and get back to you. We can reassign the key manually if there is a valid reason, like making tests.

Thanks for your response. Though I understand that you need to protect your intellectual property, however, this is not a problem with the other 10 best-selling themes I own from themeforest. I am pretty sure they are being abused too. Please lean into it and find a solution so customers do not have to wait over the weekend and get stuck on something.
Also, after clearly telling the customer care rep on the email response my licenses have not been unassigned and the whole of Monday is gone. I am being told the policies but no action is being taken to help. If the reps want to tell me the policy at least they should add “ok, please do this, here is your solution” at the end. I am waiting since Friday to work on a project.

Setting a custom URL for the logo is easily possible if you are using a cloud header template https://prnt.sc/4_1-axkqbKeL The header logo element from the composer has an option to set a custom URL for it. But if you are using a standard header template, there isn’t an option for this unfortunately. It could only be done by making modifications in the theme files. Can I use the new locker to get password protected pages?

The lockers we provide through the subscription plugin aren’t integrated with password protected pages. They can be used on pages, but they can be unlocked not via a password but by subscribing. A locked post or page can be unlocked either by subscribing with an email address, or by subscribing to plans (free or paid). Buongiorno, ho cliccato su “reset key” da “system status”. Adesso quando vado sulla schermata “activate theme”, appare la leva “create support account”. Se creo un nuovo account, dal tema aggiungendo la chiave di licenza, vorrei sapere se questa ultima va poi a finire nel mio account forum e non nell’account forum del precedente webmaster. Il tema è già installato perché è una migrazione dal vecchio sito, e quindi si è trasportato tutto, la chiave di licenza precedente e l’accuont del precedente webmaster.
