For your questions, you manage the sections form theme options
In theme options you can find Listing page – https://prnt.sc/WPriCMyDCL0z
In Listing Page options – there is Listing page layout manager https://prnt.sc/Bv_FvSjmL-xL
You can enable Layout Manager – Order with drag and drop the sections https://prnt.sc/QeODgGbr8SWr and save.
The layout manager – when enabled, can show owner, similar, map and description as section. make sure you use only 1 section. Either hide from the specific controls https://prnt.sc/QeODgGbr8SWr or drag to disabled section https://prnt.sc/22qVCYnADELC

We make sure the sections are organized by purpose as best as possible. If you send us more details about what you cannot find, for sure we will try to improve. Hello. Thank you for the message. We have the option to replace the theme booking form with contact form, and you can hide the availability calendar, but I am not sure if submission form is suitable for directory. Calendar section and a few other are part of the submission form.
It is not built as a directory theme for sure.

Hi Support, I cant apply the license, the button does not work. I tried one fix I saw on here regarding https, but that causes a redirect loop. Hello. Thank you for the comment and for buying the theme. We are in europe timezone. I created the support account and emailed it. For the license activation, that is done against Envato servers and your server. Check the site URL (should be with https is you have SSL added). We can check in support the wp-admin url to help with the activation asap.

Pre purchase . Do this theme have the function of separate Admin fee (charge a percentage deducted from the host) and Service fee charge as a percentage add to the subtotal to be paid by guest?
Hello, Thank you for the comment. This is not possible. The Service fee is deducted from total – paid by guest but deducted from total booking. There is no fee that is added on top of the booking total.

Hi, we do not have an automatic delete account option. Each user can delete the account manually.

WP Admin -> Woocommerce -> Settings -> Account and privacy -> Personal data retention -> Retain inactive accounts
Choose how long to retain personal data when it’s no longer needed for processing. Leave the following options blank to retain this data indefinitely.

1. Emails sent to spam depend on the server that sends the emails. From theme end, we currently create noreply@yourdomain.com as sender email. You can register that email with your server provider as a true email – for some email providers that helps.
But you may also need to ask hosting to confirm if there is a specific Mail Server configuration you can use to send emails over a server that is not marked as SPAM by email providers.

HI, For your site, you probably use a 3rd party plugin that creates a JS error and the error blocks JS actions from login / register. Usually cache / minify / combine js options from cache plugin create this issue. You have to uncheck all options from the plugin to verify.

Thanks for the answer, but I’m not currently using any caching plugins. I created a user in the Administrator Panel, and he is a Client and he is still having access to the accommodation settings, etc.

Hi. Please do not use comments as support. There is no reason why you get spam registration from the theme. Forms are secured with wordpress nonces, you can add recaptcha too. Protect the wp-admin. If you allow anyone to register in wp-admin, you need to uncheck that option from wordpress settings. I do not see why you need extra plugins at this moment and i have no info about the one you shared. Thank you

Hi, That is a wordpress option. WooCommerce works with it to create accounts on checkout. Yes, it is needed for woo plugin to register the account if you do not want to force users to register themselves.
Wordpress manages the option (not the theme). WordPress and Woocommerce documentation does not mention any other method than on/off.
This is not a theme issue. And the theme alone does not need that option from wordpress settings. If you want to use the theme register and login forms (not woo commerce) you can disable that option.

However, you use WooCommerce and Instant checkout?
If yes, you have 2 options
1. User is not logged in, he starts booking, he pays. WooCommerce creates his account if it does not exists on checkout, when he pays. This needs the option “allow anyone to register to be checked” in order for woo to create the account
2. Or, you disable “allow anyone to register to be checked” and user starts booking – goes to checkout – he logins / registers in front end and then he pays.
In both options users pay with Stripe via WooCommerce.
The option “allow anyone to register to be checked” is needed or not depending on how you want users to be registered on the site

I haven’t bought the theme yet. I like the “neaby” section on the listing page. Wondering if the listed activities, car rentals, restaurants, ...etc could link to their own pages on the website. And if they could be added in a user-friendly way by the hosts upon submitting a property or after from their backend. Is there a way to do that easily or will I need to hire a developer ?

Hi, We currently use Google Places for MAP nearby and YELP for the list of nearby Yelp categories. These lists are powered by 3rd party APIs. If you have another 3rd party API to show us as example, we can check to see the costs / the work / for what countries it applies and we can add to wishlist to plan for the future, if we will be able to plan. We cannot do custom development or guarantee a feature that we have not developed yet though.
