Hello, Recently purchased this theme but the Demo import option not working it gets stuck at 4%, the highest percentage reached was 48%. All the settings are to meet the requirements! Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi, The manual import did the job, but there are few problems with the demo I imported, Things are not the same as it shows in preview. And there is no footer in our website? any reason for it. Please try to navigate to Tools > Import > WordPress and click on Run Importer. This way you will install the Importer and will be able to import the XML file.

Thanks for writing in! We have tested and scanned our theme and looked for suspicious files within ourtheme but found none. So this is most probably a false positive scenario, that may appear because the amount of javascript files within the theme or the fact that it contains minified files named xxxx.min.js ( seeing the files as double extension and triggering the false positive ) as you can see here

Thanks for writing in! Please note that WPBakery, Slider Revolution etc. does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

As a result of this, the access to a number of live demos is temporarily restricted, and some theme functionalities like the demo import will not be available for a short period of time. This also impacted the Qode Essential Addons plugin. We are currently working with our hosting service on resolving the issue as soon as possible.
You can always try using the XML import method explained in the following article:
With the XML import, you’ll get the content only – you will not be able to import theme settings and widgets (step 6 in the article above), but you should be able to get the content and import the options and widgets later once this issue is resolved.

Hello, an orange hover color has been added to the footer with CSS. I have to change this. I also need to change the “swiper-theme-color”. Which is also not possible via the theme setting. With the testomonials, the writing goes dark when I hover over the testomonial next to it. Again, this cannot be adjusted without css.

If you refer to thebutton within the footer bottom you will be able to change it either if you change the First Main Color from Wilmer Options > General > First Main Color, or if you add a new button which you have selected color for and add it to the Footer Bottom Widget area.
When it comes to the testimonials we could not see any dark color once we hover, so in order to be sure what you refer to exactly you are more than welcome to share your website URL so we can check this on your end.

Thanks for taking an interest! The Wilmer element is made with our Portfolio list shortcode and not slider. The PrimeInvest section could not be recreated with Wilmer since this is a specific element present in the other theme.
