There shouldn’t be such kind of issue by default. Please note, that not all demo layouts can be used with Elementor page builder plugin. You need to make sure that you didn’t mix the site by importing different demo layouts multiple times. In addition, make sure that your server limits are according to the theme’s required server limits. Moreover, I can recommend you for testing purposes, try to install the theme on your fresh localhost environment with correct server limits as well

I seem to be having an issue. I have no Listing Template set. So when I click on a vehicle it is just blank. How do I go about putting back one without having to reimport (and destroying my entire site)?? This happened before and I do not remember how it was solved. I have the listing template set and if I change it nothing happens. My support has expired but I really need to sort this out and figure out why it happens

You can create new listing template and save this template as listing template via WP Bakery page builder. You can manage one exact listing according to your request from a scratch. After it, you can save this template, under the WP Bakery page builders’ back-end editor templates section, in order to use this template for the other listings as well. Also, for the new listings you can make the saved template as the default one, for this you should make the template as default for listings under the WP Bakery page general settings section. With proper WordPress and server environments, there shouldn’t be such kind of restrictions. In addition, make sure that you didn’t modify/customize the theme default codes and scripts. If you are using a child theme, I can recommend you activate the parent theme and update it, after the theme update, you need to update the theme pre-packed plugins as well under the appearance > install plugins section. Please note, updating the theme and plugins is not something that can be included in the support due to the support policy > https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy
As an option, I can recommend you install the latest version by downloading the latest version of the plugin from your Envato account from the downloads section and install to your localhost, and you can update the theme and plugins of your used demo layout with FTP

I tried to update but I didn’e have access to the site after the update so I roll back the whole site. I don’t know why is that.
If you don’t have access to the site, I can recommend you install the theme on your local host environment and import the exact demo layout that you are using on your live site. So, there will be the latest version of the theme and plugins on your localhost, you can take the latest version of the theme and plugins from your localhost and upload them to your live domain via FTP

Listings can be set as featured via purchasing. If the user wants to set his listing as featured he will need to pay an extra fee. You as admin of the site can set the “Enable Paid Featured listing” option under the Theme options > user dealer > paid featured listing section, there you can set the price as well. Moreover, you can make a listing as featured by enabling/disabling the Special offer option under the Listing manager > Specials section of the backend of a single listing

Thank you for reply, I just tried with Loco Translate and I have transalated almost all, but the strings for “sort order” are not present i italian .po file so they are impossible to translate. Any other solution? thank you

1. For single listings you can add elements from the sidebars or from the widgets. When you are saving your single listings with the Classic mode of the WP Bakery page builder plugin, the single listing default sidebar will take elements from the widgets. The default widgets for the single listing you can manipulate under the WordPress dashboard > appearance > widgets section by editing the STM Listing Car Sidebar section directly
2. To work with Google Map, you will need to use your Google Map API key, you need to make sure that you have inserted Google Map API key under the theme options > general > Google Maps api keys

Hi there, I want to buy your theme but before it I need to know something. I want to create a online directory listing website , where i can show a lot of cars. The big problem is I want to add more years at a car, for example , a car is made from 2003 to 2010, i want to add all that years to the car and after that I want to let people to search the cars after years, I want to let people to search a car with a filter from year x to year y (for example from 2006 to 2009) and at that search the car mentioned above it will appear.
