Why are you not responding to my support request?

Now I installed the demo named “Summer Holiday”. When I preview the design, the design looks compliant, but when I visit the site from another browser without logging into the wordpress admin panel, the design looks crap.

You are making me suffer. Take ownership of what you do and help your customers.
