Hi, GREAT THEME I love it. I have a problem: I’ve registered Mailchimp API in Avada forms, added the submission / Actions: Mailchimp where it shows I’m correctly using the API, selected mailchimp list but when I suscribe test mails it don’t add them to Mailchimp contact list. I’ve also tried without API and login data and confirmed the permissions but it’s not working. Thanks for help.

I have already contacted my web hosting company, and they have confirmed that the issue is not on their end, and they have addressed it. Despite this, I am still unable to upload the AvadaThemeBuilder layout to my website.
I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a solution to this problem as soon as possible. I need to get my website up and running soon, and this issue is causing a significant delay.

The information we shared is not non sense as far as max execution time is concerned. 180 seconds is our recommended value for max execution time. If it’s more than that on your setup then nothing needs to be adjusted on that front. As for why you’re still seeing issues would be due to something else on your installation which of course we cannot comment on accurately without logging in and checking your setup.

@Ammar, thank you for the support. Your team fixed the issue it was with the code and editor. They had to delete them totally and reinstall them. So I guess a bad import or something. =)

in the global header… i can make a container sticky.
The issue is that i need to use two containers. two containers make up my header… but when both containers are set to sticky.. only the top container is sticky..
Why?
Avada can only have one sticky container at a time???

That is not correct, the reason you might be seeing this is because you are not setting a sticky container offset which is required in this case, you can set a sticky container offset from the extras tab in the container, https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/how-to/how-to-work-with-sticky-containers/#sticky_offset

You can reuse the same license if its not being used on the old site anymore – please follow below method to free up the purchase code. You do need additional licenses for each additional website using Avada.
For this, you can navigate to your support account area on our website: https://theme-fusion.com/support/account/
Then navigate to the “Register Purchase Code” tab in your account area to see/add purchase codes.

I found a bug – After updating The Events Calendar Version 6.0.10, the calendar view is not visible. When I disable Avada Builder 3.9.2, the calendar view is visible. domainurl.com/calendar/

While we do offer conditional rendering on content so you can have content that shows only for logged in users etc, we don’t have membership type based conditional rendering like that.
For that you can use any good membership specific 3rd party WordPress plugin for this along with Avada.

If you mean “Brands” as a Condition Type in our Render Logic functionality, we don’t have an option for that. However we do support Custom Fields and ACF fields as Condition Types there that you can try for further filtering.

Hi – I used my License on a temp site until I was finished working and that site has since been deleted and I still cannot use the License. This has happened before. I have about two licenses that were on sites that have since been deleted and I still cannot use.

With our registration system your domain is actually bound to the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the same domain, or you want to check different prebuilt websites after resetting Avada installation, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://bit.ly/3W9xxbO also click on “Unregister” button on your Avada dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://bit.ly/3HJ0qr2

Hi guys,
Need some help please.
Just purchased a further 6 months support, but when I try and enter purchase code (from the original theme purchase 3 years ago) into my Theme Fusion account, it comes back with “Purchase code is already in use.” and also below this displays, “There are no keys registered on your account.”.
This is the ONLY website that we are using the Avada theme on, so it seems there may be another email address being used for a ThemeForest account that this purchase code is attached to.
How do we find this/ensure I can use the support that we just purchased, please.
Am trying to update Avada 5.9.1 to a later version, and have read and followed a lot of your documentation, but running into a few difficulties.
