The purchase code is registered multiple times so that’s why its registration is limited. Please reset / unregister the purchase code from your support account here -> https://theme-fusion.com/support/purchase-codes/ You must be logged into your account to see that page.
Do not remove the purchase code from there but click the blue color Unregister button. Now try to register purchase code on your actual website and see if that works

Hi, you did a great job with that theme. I have a customer who is asking for the new support for font awesome pro 6.3 so the customer could use all the different styled icon like thin, duotune. Our customer wants to use it via your icon picker. Do you have an update for me when you will integrate the new support?

I have two licenses for this product and whenever I put the item purchase code it tells me that it’s being used on another domain. It was working I don’t understand what happened

With our registration system your domain is actually bound to the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the same domain, or you want to check different prebuilt websites after resetting Avada installation, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://bit.ly/3W9xxbO also click on “Unregister” button on your Avada dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://bit.ly/3HJ0qr2

I have an active support license but the support site doesn’t recognize it. I can’t submit a ticket because the site thinks I don’t have a support license. I want to make some landing pages in the tabs section with the avatar page builder. My question is, can I enable user comments at the end of this page so that users can write comments? Like the article, can they write comments on the page? 2- Is Avada page builder as strong as Elementor? 3- Is Avada page builder lighter than Elementor? I mean coding. Elementor is heavy in coding and slows down the page.

Definitely, you can register Avada on a staging site for development purposes and then register in addition to that on a single live/production installation as well.
For that, please adjust your subdomain name for the staging/dev/test site to the below format and it should work without issues:

You can definitely re-use the license if its not being used on the previous website anymore.
For this, you can navigate to your support account area on our website: https://theme-fusion.com/support/account/
Then navigate to the “Register Purchase Code” tab in your account area to see/add purchase codes.
There you will find out the domain for each respective purchase code. Screenshot here → https://share.getcloudapp.com/6quryD4e (you can hit the refresh button to update this or unregister button to free up that purchase code for use on another domain).

Update Found it. It turns out it was turned off for some reason. To turn on: Avada > Options > Advanced > Post Types. “Avada Forms” switch to ON.

avada is not compatible with the latest version of woocommerce, version 7.4.1. it gives an error if we want to edit live in any part of the website. so instead used the Version 6.9.4 of woocommerce just to make it work. Can you please update avada to make it compatible with the latest version of woocommerce please

there was an error “PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ’’[fusion_builder_container typ’ (T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE) in /home/wagntail/public_html/wp-content/uploads/fusion-builder-avada-pages/accountant.php on line 83”. I deleted this php file and all others and the theme is working properly now.

This is not an issue with Avada that we can replicate on our end, it could be due to low max_input_vars or some other factor that we need to check on your setup, however if you have already worked this out than there is definitely no need for a support ticket.
