Sorry for the delay,
Plugins like WP Bakery page builder are not free in general. We have bought those paid plugins from our end and included them in our theme packages as external plugins and they are active from the theme side, so you can use those plugins without any restriction. All the updates we will include with the theme are regular updates. So, the update of the plugins you will be able to get as soon as there will be the theme update

Yes, icons are static by default, you will be able to change those static icons via custom CSS or if you have code skills to customize the theme templates.
According to the one page, there is no ready demo template, you can create such kind of home page manually with the WP Bakery builder

By default, the theme and plugin strings are in English. However, the plugin is ready for translations. You can change your site’s main language under the WordPress dashboard > settings > general > site language section. It is recommended to use the Loco Translate plugin in order to properly set translations in the site, via this plugin you can properly organize translations of static strings of the plugin. So, you can make your site in any language. The template download file doesnt contain the images you see on the demo. I found this mentioned on the theme buy page aswell. So be careful for those who is willing to use the images and looking for a quick website building

Yes, you are correct, we didn’t advertise that demo content will include images. Please note, most of the images will be replaced due to the license. If you want to use the demo images on your site you need to purchase them separately from fotolia.com. Moreover, you can easily change them with your custom images by editing the page

The redirections issue usually comes from the wrong permalinks on the site. Try to resave your site permalinks under the WordPress dashboard > settings > permalinks section (to post name) and save the changes. It should solve the issue with 404 error page. 1. It uses the WP Bakery page builder plugin as posts/pages builder plugin by default. The theme comes with the WP Bakery page builder plugin, when you will install and import a demo layout, this plugin will be installed and activated automatically.
2. Single products section is part of the Woocommerce plugin, you can use the Woocommerce plugin to manage single products settings from the back-end site
