Hi Already tried that and also tried making the activation on anonymous browser but the result is the same.
Hi we already tried on anonymous browser mode and the problem persists. We login with envato to activate the licence it shows a popup showing the theme and activation date but it doens’t update this on the backoffice so we still see the message saying to activate the license.

We have checked your license in our server and it seems the api key is finding everything needed in the licensing system but for some reason it is not connecting to the Envato API which is why the license is not activating. Hello, this is not possible. The old url look creates with pages post type which do not have slug by default in wp. Tour is a custom post type it must need a slug. Only solution is to redirect by any direct plugin. Thank you

Hello – I like the look of your theme and just have a couple of questions.
1. With the tours, is there a way of not having the ‘Book this tour’ form in the sidebar. Is it possible to just put other things in that sidebar or is it locked in?
2. The Tour Plan that is featured in Tours i.e. 01 Day 1: Arrive in South Africa Forest….is that something that can be used elsewhere in the site – via a shortcode perhaps – or is it only on the tours template.

Hi, I guess the tour page doesn’t have the breadcrumb image which is why the menu and logo is matched with the background and became invisible. Hi, I would like to know if the theme supports online payment option or instant payment option? If so do we have to purchase a different plugin or the payment work with woocommerce payment option? example if a client interested he should be able to pay online so he can book the tour. We have our payment gateway supported via woocommerce.

Thanks for the response so all the tours payment goes out via woocommerce right? because in LK we don’t have other payment modes and we only support woocommerce based payments. I bought a theme already and it did not have the said feature so we had to drop all and look into buying yours. Technically we are looking if a client wanted to book a tour package – he will put all the required details -> set the travel date -> make a payment or advance payment -> so we can confirm his booking.

This is called sticky header/menu which you can control from the theme options https://clip2net.com/s/4guuh5b. For that option to be available you need “Template Library and Redux Framework” plugin to be installed on your site as required.
