Can I use all your home section in one page?
Yes but Shopify only allows to add 25 sections on one page for maximum
the previous search result is not clickable on mobile, even here in its demo version, I believe this is a bug. to see the product that appeared in the quick search, only on the search page.

How to disable Quick Add on Mobile theme? I sell personalization product, Quick Add always SKIP the uploading picture form and allow customers to checkout without forcing them to upload pictures or input texts

Quick add can be disable on all devices. You would like to only disable it on Mobile and keep it on Desktop?
If you sell personalization products, it means you are using app to show more products options while quick add is getting product options from your product admin in shopify. We recommend you to disable this function if your products is personalization

We recently bought your theme and tried. We followed all the instruction from documentation and from video. But its seems that it cause render problems a lot of functionality is breaking up in single product page, it throwing a lot of errors due, leave theme for 5 min or scroll and you can find 1600 console errors in the page. That cause performance issues. I am programmer itself. I was trying to dig deeper to fix by my self but it causes some more issues at the end of the day. We want refund since its does not fit quality out of the box.
Recently viewer popups its a problem, if you switch off it works normal.
Played around, still have huge performance issues over editor mode. To change something sometimes takes 1-2 mins freeze on high end pc.

I’m using the Ella theme on my shopify website, but shopify is showing “13” Speed Score with a notification. This is really slow. And from other peoples comments and SEO professionals, they all say the theme was poorly built. Also Google Page speed test show a low score for your theme. Why is the theme so slow, and how can this be fixed? Can you please provide a solution for the speed issue. We are losing lots of money because of this.
I also tried to submit a ticket, but they said my support for this theme has expired. If this is a theme issue (which it is), we should be able to receive support from you guys.

How should I configure Calculator Free Shipping Message and multiple currencies?
If I set the “Total Price Of Order To Offer Free Shipping” as 250, then it is 250 USD by default but if the buyer change the currency then it is 250 units of the changed currency, which of course is not equal to 250 USD.
For example if I change to Yen, then 250 Yen, which is equivalent to 1.8 USD qualify for free shipping, which is absurd and a bug through which anyone can get free shipping, simply by changing the currency before buying.

I have two issues….
I have tags for all my dresses/products on my online store. These tags then appear in the filter in my Collection Page under the filter named MAS FILTROS….. All is ok here
Now, I want to create a totally different filter to filter my products based on OCASSION…E.g Summer, Winter etc. But when I add Summer, Winter tags to my products, they do NOT appear in a seperate filter OCASSION that I had created….But rather these tags also appear under the filter MAS FILTROS….
I dont want them to appear on MAS FILTROS filter because there are already other tags under that filter…... and adding more just creates a messs
How to create a totally different filter for OCASSION so that I see all my products with tags like Summer, Winter, Party etc under this filter???

The newest version of this theme is so bad. Nothing works. Followed the instructions and since I had this theme I never had a problem until now and they want $64 just to help. I have tried everything watched the videos and reviewed the documentations and nothing is working clearly it can’t be from my end.
The sidebars are not showing up in the newest version when installed even starting from scratch with the newest version it’s not working and copying the new codes to the old the entire homepage disappears.

Can you tell us what is your latest email or ticket you contacted us? We checked and it was in 2021. No contact recently. $64 is for the support extension for your license correct?
Also, we don’t force our customers to extend support just for our theme issues, all theme issues are fixed and updated by us. If it is not theme issues, it is support requests and you need to extend support for your license, it is the policy for support extension.
What version of ella are you using? If you are using version 5 or lower, you need to start configuring theme again because ella 6 is not using anything from the old version.

Yes, we checked and the last communication was in 2020 and 2021 with some support requests about theme not theme issue so supporter followed the policy to request you extend support time. We hope you can understand for this as it is policy for support on Envato with 06 months.

I’m talking about the new 6.4.2 that’s not working. The issue is theme related. If I contacted your 2 years ago it was regarding theme related issues. As I said I followed the directions instructions and even decided not to update the old theme and use the new one and problems just increased.

Yes, I would like to hide products that are out of stock. The filters in your theme have the ability to only show products that are in stock. I would like to have this automatically selected if possible. Thanks

I have had nothing but trouble with this theme. I upgraded from 6.2 to 6.4.2, the problems went away for a couple of weeks but now they’re back. The product thumbnails load endlessly and clicking a swatch does not swap the product image. I have decided not to sink $64 more dollars for support, I am abandoning this theme. Buyer beware.
