Having some issues with the theme and your support page. I changed my e-mail on your website’s support page and now I cannot submit any tickets.
I confirmed my email but when I return to the support page it says 403 Forbidden Attempting a prohibited action? I am now stuck in a loop.
As for the theme the Theia Post Slider is causing a critical error on this website. It also says the plugin license is expired.
Please help.

Hey MVP, hope all is well, I have not got my e-mails returned since May 3rd. If you’re not willing to help for whatever reason let me know so we can figure something out. Between the lack of help for two weeks now and the lack of updates I might consider looking elsewhere.
At this point it’s getting in the way of us being able to focus on creating content as we’re trying to get these theme issues figured out. I hope you have not lost your passion for creating themes.

I have not tested that plugin with the theme, so unfortunately, I am not able to confirm that it is 100% compatible.

- Sponsored posts (recommended 3 years ago) - Dark Mode color options in theme options - New review plugin since current one no longer works
bug fixes are always welcome, but we need something big for 2023.

Can you consider making the Disqus comments thing optional? The way it’s coded with this theme is not allowing us to use other third-party comment plugins.
We’re stuck with this basic Wordpress comments and Disqus comments. Disqus is resource heavy and expensive to get the ad-free version.
I am also concerned about the recent SEO comments being made about this theme. Hoping all is well and these things get worked out. I really don’t want to use another theme.

I would like to purchase a license for your beautiful theme, but unfortunately, when I tested the structured data with Google’s “Rich Results,” there was an error. This makes me reconsider the SEO coding of your theme. Normally, a well-optimized theme for SEO should not have these kinds of errors.
I know that “Missing field ‘Url’ (optional)” is a “non-critical issue” according to Google’s Rich Results Test, but it’s still better to correct this error.
I know it is possible to use SEO plugins to manage structured data, but the theme itself should be coded without any errors.
Not only that, but I am waiting for your response and I hope you will quickly correct this error.
(As a reminder, the big advantage of your theme is that it does not use Elementor, and it is simple and beautiful. When I purchase a license, I will likely give it 5 stars.)

If this non-critical error prevents you from purchasing the theme, that is certainly your option to do so. While I will look into this, I can’t say this is a priority at the moment. The theme is more than SEO ready, and if you run tests on most major sites, they will have far more non-critical and even critical issues than this theme. I would not consider this to be a problem with the theme.

Although I acknowledge that this is not a critical issue and have previously mentioned so, I do hope that you will be able to rectify it promptly. I am uncertain of the level of difficulty involved in fixing this error, or the amount of time and effort it would require. However, the decision lies with you.
I wanted to let you know that even if the error isn’t fixed, I intend to purchase a license for your ZoxPress theme. I already use the ZoxNews theme on one of my websites and would love to add ZoxPress to my collection.
Since 2004, I’ve been using WordPress and have tried out hundreds of themes. It’s worth noting that Google can penalize websites for even minor mistakes.

I’ve read several comments and reviews about your theme and have also checked out its demos. I love the style of ZoxPress and particularly appreciate that Elementor isn’t required. In my opinion, that’s one of the best things about your theme.

Your license has expired. You can still continue using all the Premium features, but you’ll need to renew your license to continue getting updates and support.

Hei autor, why did you remove a paid product like Max Mag theme? I pay for that product! Please try to update themes, not remove them and create new ones!

Unfortunately, it was very outdated and decided to remove a few old themes in order to better focus on the newer ones, like this one. I do not plan on creating any new themes and will continue to focus on the existing ones, like ZoxPress.

You will need a plugin to assign more than one author to a post and include custom fonts. The theme is Gutenberg ready, and you can insert any custom code you’d like in posts, including social posts.

I really like your design style. Looking to start a new website that focuses on new movie and tv show releases. Which theme of yours would you recommend for that? Also, the vide section on homepage- can that be YouTube embeds of new trailers and such?

I would recommend ZoxPress, and the video section on the homepage will display video posts with the screenshot from the post, but not the video itself.
Is there any plugin or something you’re aware of that can show videos on the home page?
Or even something that can embed Reels from TikTok or Istagram and show them are a horizontal scrollable gallery

Yes, I do plan on still trying to find a replacement for Reviewer. I found a plugin I liked, but never heard back from the developer for permission to include it in the theme.
But I will definitely be updating the theme between now and Thanksgiving.
