Hello, I am trying to register the theme on new site but it is linked to another site. I don’t remember the site nor my avada account. I tried creating a new account on theme-fusion.com and tried to register my key and it says “Purchase code is already in use.”

You can not create a second account with same purchase code, you should be able to reset your current purchase code using the same older account if you are not sure what the credentials are for that account, please contact us with your purchase code here so we can sort this out => https://bit.ly/3z66OTA

Hi, First, congratulations for your theme. It’s really great in many ways. But since today, i got an issue with my back end editor. This one doesn’t want to show anymore when i’m trying to edit page. Could you plz help me to resolve that? It seems that this issue came after updating a page and since then nothing happens when i try to show the back end editor in every page..

Hello. I have purchased 8 licenses and am using 5 of them. I went to your website/support center and it shows the licenses that are currently registered (only five of them). I tried to use one of the unregistered ones for a new site, but when I try to register it, it says that it is already being used on another site. I have no idea how to determine how it is being used on another site if it is not listed on your Registered Purchase Codes page.
I tried to open a ticket on your site but it suggests that I extend my support. I don’t need support. Just to be able to register my licenses.

It could be that the license needs to be reset and is actually being used on same domain, generally you should be able to reset it yourself from the support account following the instructions here => https://bit.ly/3TK7IPc

Hi there. Anyone dealing with errors associated with simplexml_load_string? Do a Google search using “simplexml_load_string /Avada/includes/lib/inc/class-fusion-images.php on line 1661”. I see 100s of Avada sites dealing with it, but nowhere on the web with information about the issue. If anyone knows anything please let me know.

Hi, used my purchase code on a local environment but then moved the site to a domain. I no longer have access to the local environment and forgot to deactivate the product. Could i get help to deactivate my purchase code so i can activate it on my domain.

For this, you can navigate to your support account area on our website: https://theme-fusion.com/support/account/
Then navigate to the “Register Purchase Code” tab in your account area to see/add purchase codes.

I am not exactly sure what you mean by completely hide, the domain can still be accessed but yes in terms of content you can use our rendering options to create a page specific for desktops which will look like a maintenance page with no menu so user will not be able to access it at all, if you need further assistance with this, please open a support ticket and our team will get back to you.

Hello Which part should I implement to add customer comments and opinions on the landing page (page) in Avada’s page builder? Basically, my question is, on the tab page, I want the comments at the bottom of the page to be open for commenting. is it possible?

I’d like to report a potential bug in Avada. Whenever I use a sticky column, it cuts the header into a separate section with a scroll bar to access the dropdown menu. This issue is only on Safari and does not seem to exist on any other broswer. Is there any solution available for this issue? Alternatively, is there any other workaround to still have a sticky column without the header issue? Actually, I want to use the table of content section in the sticky column for my long page. When an Avada form is submitted, you can have it send the form data to a specific email address or a service like mail chimp / hub spot but we don’t have an integration from Avada Form like that with Events Manager.

Hello, I have to update Avada from version 7.1.1 and as always I’m a bit scared to update without asking here first… I only have some custom CSS and use the Polylang plugin for language management. Obviously I have already made a backup. My question is more directed to whether there is a step-by-step guide as they existed in old versions of Avada or in these more modern versions, is it directly to press update and that’s it?

I post my question here because it is impossible to access the Theme Fusion support panel. The verification email to create my account with my purchase code never arrived, even though I used the link of have you forgotten your password? and the system indicate that the email has been sent never reached my inbox or spam. Please see if the community can help me here.
I need to build a new site with avada (hence the purchase of the new license) but I can’t delete my client’s current website while building it, so can I use avada on a test domain so I can build the whole site and then with some plugin type all in one wp migration move it to the original domain? I’m afraid the registration code won’t work on the original domain afterwards and I need to register Avada on the test domain to 1. be able to install Core and Builder and 2. be able to import a pre-built site.
Thank you very much indeed, Avada is great but Theme Fusion support is distressing, they don’t even respond to the chat they have on the web for pre-sale questions. Is incredible.

The support access should work just fine unless your email provider is having any issues and the support email is not reaching you at all, we strongly recommend you to please try any other email in this case or also check your SPAM folder.
Regarding your query, you can definitely try the purchase code on test domain and then once moved to main domain it can also be used there, all you have to do is reset your purchase code from your support account, this is all discussed in our FAQ section here => https://avada.com/documentation/avada-registration-and-licensing-faq/

Ok thanks all read, so I have to build my client’s staging site on a .dev .staging .local .test domain. Can’t I do it on a .com I don’t currently use? I always use it the same and it discourages search engines and activates construction mode. I understand that if I uninstall the license code on the test domain when I’m done and activate it on the original final production domain, I shouldn’t have any problems, right? Otherwise, I will be forced to buy one of the aforementioned domains in order to build the provisional site, and I don’t think this is fair.
On the other hand, they have contacted me from the theme forest team and I have received your email without any problem in the same email that I registered with the purchase code, however the activation email or the password reset email did not I receive, it seems that it is not my hosting provider, because I use the cleanest hosting provider in Spain, with national IPs and with the best reputation. I’m not saying the name because I don’t break the Envato rules but you can easily see it in the whois of my domain now that you know what it is because you’re emailing me

You can install the staging site on a subdomain like dev.site.com so it’ll be a .com domain and will work fine as staging.

I purchased this theme years ago… I just received a notification on one of my sites that your theme’s Fusion Builder has a critical security risk. I am not using a child theme so cannot risk losing all customization’s to update the core. How can I manually update the Fusion Builder portion of this theme?
